Digital drawing and illustration courses: develop your technique and your artistic styleTranslate this text using Google Translate.

As a professional illustrator and concept artist, I offer personalized drawing, illustration, and digital painting lessons, primarily for adults and teenagers. Children interested in learning to draw can also be guided with age-appropriate exercises. The course content is tailored to your level, goals, and interests. We can work on the fundamentals of drawing: observation, construction, proportions, perspective, light, color, and composition. Sessions can also focus on creating characters, creatures, settings, and fantasy, historical, or science fiction worlds. For students interested in digital illustration, I offer an introduction or advanced course on Photoshop: getting to grips with the software, using layers and painting tools, creating a composition, coloring, working on atmospheres and finalizing an illustration. Each lesson includes explanations, demonstrations, practical exercises, and personalized feedback. I can also assist you with a personal project, the development of your artistic style, or the improvement of your portfolio. My method is based on my professional experience and on a process combining visual research, sketching, composition, 3D bases when useful, then paintover and 2D finishing touches.

Hello, The courses are above all adapted to the personality of the student, his artistic sensibility and his objectives. Through my professional experience and my years of study, I will be able to guide the student to the beginning of artistic autonomy and an ability to learn on his own. During our first interview we will talk together about the student's objectives, and assess his level by taking into account his artistic skills. I would clarify doubts and questions about the amateur or professional artistic career as well as the cartoon and video game industry and related studies. The most important thing for the student is self-confidence and fulfillment, which will be the pillars for artistic progression and longevity. Artem Forum | Interdisciplinary Arts & Thinking - The Visionary Freedom LabTranslate this text using Google Translate.

My name is Anita, and I am a neurodivergent interdisciplinary artist. I combine traditional and unconventional teaching methods with an innovative approach, adapted to the fast-paced era we live in, where attention spans can be short. My teaching integrates principles of psychology to better understand each student’s unique needs and aspirations. My goal is to nurture visionary children who have strong foundational values and a humble sense of self. I believe that true artistic mastery comes from human excellence. Also, in this way, students develop true self-confidence by evaluating their success based on personal progress rather than comparing themselves to others. This course is especially recommended for neurodivergent children (with Autism Level 1 - Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Hypersensitivity, and Anxiety) with multiple interests who struggle to choose, focus on, and manage various subjects. It helps develop both technique and discipline, enabling them to navigate multiple creative fields—essentially putting their eggs in several baskets while honing the skills necessary for diverse career opportunities in an uncertain job market. The program encourages a generalist mindset, promoting versatility without compromising creative integrity. Students will learn to refine their Zoom In/Zoom Out perspective, gaining the ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer details of any subject. The program's structure guides the individuals through three essential phases: Exploration Phase–Presentations, visual games, and foundational lessons introduce students to various disciplines, helping them discover their interests. Development Phase–They start defining their creative goals, practicing their skills, and trying out various artistic approaches. Mastery Phase - With a clear direction, students focus on long-term goals, whether as brand-focused professionals, university students, or future educators. Disciplines covered include architecture, painting, illustration, concept design (especially for gaming), traditional animation, digital art, children's book illustration, film, creative writing, and music (the art of songwriting). A Purposeful, Transparent Approach I work closely with each student, providing honest yet supportive evaluations to help identify their strengths. My goal is to guide serious and passionate learners and not to mislead families into unnecessary expenses. I strive to be straightforward in a respectful and encouraging manner, communicating if a child may not be suited for this path. A Valuable Investment in Thinking & Creativity Even if a student ultimately chooses a non-artistic career, this course fosters critical and creative thinking, which are essential skills for any field. The knowledge gained here is never wasted; it’s an investment in adaptability, innovation, and problem-solving abilities that transcend the arts. PROGRAM OVERVIEW Course & Workshop – Studio Art & Theory Sessions (60–180 min) ■ First Session – A Complimentary Introduction The first session offers an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a collaborative relationship. ■ Online classes They will primarily focus on theory and presentation or homework/portfolio reviews. Each session lasts 30-40 minutes, followed by 15-20 minutes for questions and answers. These sessions are recorded, allowing students to revisit the content whenever they wish, ensuring long-term access to valuable insights. Throughout the course, we track progress, examining both strengths and areas for growth. ■ Progress Evaluation and Personalized Feedback • Monthly Evaluation Files An evaluation file will be provided each month, summarizing the child’s progress, highlighting what they have learned, and identifying areas to improve. This file is printed, and the child will need a designated folder to store these evaluations. • Personality Profiling A personalized profile will be created for each student, outlining their traits, preferences, and potential areas for exploration. Together, we will set small, temporary goals to work toward a larger, more defined purpose. This profile will be revisited and updated annually to reflect the student's growth and changing needs during their developmental phase. ■ Parent Support Program A structured, phased program is designed specifically for parents, with regular updates (every 3 months) that outline: • Exploration Phase: Discovering interests and potentials. • Clarification Phase: Understanding immediate goals for the upcoming weeks. • Commitment Phase: Focusing on long-term pursuits over several months. This modular approach ensures that the program evolves with the child’s development without overwhelming families with an all-at-once structure. ■ Rewards and Additional Activities Students earn symbolic rewards for their achievements, reflecting various aspects of their learning journey. Additionally, upon mutual agreement, I can offer post-session baking workshops (or on weekends) with healthy recipes and customized meal options (taking into account specific dietary needs or intolerances), reinforcing the importance of self-care and nutrition. ■ Homework and Scheduling Homework will be personalized to fit the student’s schedule, considering both school and extracurricular activities, as well as their personal productivity style. Some of them may be more analytical and observant, while others are naturally more productive. I believe that productivity can bloom at any stage, and my goal is to avoid a “factory mindset.” Reflective moments are as crucial as those focused on tangible output. ■ Recommendations I offer customized recommendations for books, movies, documentaries, artists, and art styles, ensuring that each resource is tailored to the student's personal interests and developmental stage to maximize engagement and understanding. ■ Introducing Rhetorics and Dialectics (friendly definitions for complex topics - included in Commitment Phase) Rhetorics, particularly oratory, along with dialectics (the art of argumentation), are essential tools for expressing ideas clearly and persuasively. These skills are important not only in speech and writing but also in visual arts. They help create overall coherence by ensuring that every element of a project—whether it’s a painting, sculpture, or multimedia presentation—conveys a well-structured message. ■ Special Focus: Empowering Neurodiverse Learners In my teaching practice, I place a strong emphasis on engaging neurodiverse children through a range of visual and auditory games that stimulate multiple areas of intelligence. These activities include: • Pattern Recognition: Exercises that encourage students to identify and predict patterns, sharpening their analytical and problem-solving skills. • Visual and Auditory Memory Games: Interactive tasks designed to boost both visual and auditory memory, ensuring that information is effectively retained. • Synesthetic Activities: Creative exercises that blend sensory experiences—such as pairing colors with sounds—to enhance perceptual awareness. • Multiple Intelligences: Tailored tasks that address various types of intelligence, including spatial, logical, musical, kinesthetic, and interpersonal skills. ■ A Personal Touch on Wellbeing Understanding the importance of nutrition, I offer healthy, ready-to-eat meals for students who might miss a meal before or after school. Drawing from my experiences with nutritional challenges during adolescence, I know how important it is to support overall well-being. This small gesture is part of my commitment to care for the whole individual—mind, body, and spirit—ensuring no one is left hungry while pursuing their creative and academic goals.

Leia is a super knowledgeable and personable teacher. She tries to understand what are your goals when trying to improve your drawing skills and adapts the lessons to help you with it. After a couple of lessons I already started thinking differently when approaching a blank canvas and it has been really helpful for me when trying to portray what I’ve got in mind.

Christian is really good teacher, I have on-line classes with him and I was gladly surprise that it went very well (exceeded my expectations), I learned a lot in my first class, he has very personal approach, he is very nice, approachable, patient and very good teacher :) glad to have him as teacher and looking forward for next classes :D.

We had Gaelle do 5 hrs of lessons with our two sons while we were staying in Chamonix. We wanted them to get a start with French, and the lessons were great. Even better the boys said she was better than their teachers back in Canada, and they learned a lot. Highly recommended! Thank you Gaelle.
