Nathan has been playing Guitar and studying Music for over 15 years, from Primary School right through to the current day in University. Beginning just under a year ago, Nathan has thoroughly enjoyed passing on his enthusiasm and passion for Guitar and Music alike through tutoring. Nathan has several qualifications in Music, including GCSE, A Level and First Class honours in Musical Arts (BA) and, starting with a Masters, he hopes to add to these qualifications in the future. Nathan’s teaching style revolves around his students and therefore adapts to the different students he is teaching, considering their skill level, age and personality when approaching each lesson. Alongside teaching, Nathan is hugely passionate about playing in his Function Band, recording and mixing songs and of course listening to music almost none stop. Nathan teaches Guitar from beginners to intermediate level players and teaches Music Theory up to grade 5 of all ages. Nathan’s lessons include breaking down the fundamentals of both guitar ad theory, from posture, fingering technique, scales, arpeggios, chords, rhythm, melody and anything else the student wishes to learn. He will teach any exam boards requested, preparing his students for their respective exams by breaking down each technical component previously mentioned with specific focus given to each section of the exam. Whether the student wishes to focus on melody, rhythm, chords or just playing their favourite band’s songs, he will devote all his energy to providing the required tutoring in helping his students fulfil these wishes, whilst enjoying themselves in the process. Nathan will give his all to teaching as many genres as he possibly can, although has vast experience in classical and pop music, particularly Funk, Rock and Jazz. His first lesson with any student will be relaxed, with the aim of figuring out the students skill level and what they wish to achieve through their lessons. The student simply needs to let Nathan know their priorities in terms of what they wish to learn and their enthusiasm in achieving this. It is common for Nathan to prepare warm-up exercises for his students, such as stretching exercises for the wrists and hands, along with exercises to develop the technique of each hand, for example finger/plectrum exercises and chromatic scales.

The main goal is to have fun and progress at the same time. If possible, I recommend taking lessons on a weekly basis. In that way you get to play and practice a bit between sessions, and get tips and necessary input every week. Before the first lesson (or in the first lesson), I always like to ask a few questions about your musical interests, previous knowledge and goals you would like to achieve. Learning to play an instrument is a complex process and online person-to-person lessons is the way to go if you want to learn faster and better what YOU really need to know and how to practice properly. All the items below here are subjects that you can learn (if interested!) in class. Not everybody wants to read music or would like to shred, so lessons are planned according to your musical interests and technical skills! EXCELLENT AUDIO QUALITY GUARANTEED - via ZOOM Platform. - Music Theory - Chords - Scales - Licks - Technique - Music Reading and Writing - Improvisation - Melodic Development and Control - Rhythm Accuracy - Blues / Rock / Pop / Funk / and other genres - Songs and much more! *** BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE MESSAGE ME TO CONFIRM AVILABILITY ***

I have been a professional guitarist, songwriter, and teacher for over 20 years. I am happy to work with students of all ages and I teach most styles of music. I work with each student to create lessons that follow their interests and help them play their best. I have a master's degree in music and I teach at University of the Arts. I teach in person at my home studio and sometimes travel to the student's home. I also teach by Zoom and Skype.

I have been studying classical guitar since I was six. I studied at the Trieste high school of music and at the same time at the conservatory in the Slovenian language. I attended various specialization courses in advanced technique, guitar orchestra, and masterclasses with many internationally renowned guitarists (M. Tamayo, N. Paradiso, M. Feri, J. Jurinčič, L. Pizzutel, F. Molmenti, etc.). I have participated in multiple competitions as a soloist and as a member of a guitar quartet. I am currently studying at the Maastricht Conservatory in the Netherlands with Maestro Carlo Marchione.

The guitar is an extremely flexible instrument, with its presence in numerous genres; many of your favourite songs will include the guitar in one form or another, whether it is just playing a few strings, chords or full melodies. With my classes, I aim to teach what I know concerning the basics of playing this instrument, its parts, the theory behind the music, progressing to chords, learning songs and growing in complexity with each stage. I will try my best to make the lessons enjoyable and to give my complete effort. The first few lessons will be relaxed, in that we will establish the reasons for wanting to learn the guitar and what they would like to get from tutoring. I will also ensure the student knows of the basic parts of the instrument and their purpose and function.

You can decide the style of music you want to learn, even mix styles. We will choose songs of your choice and make covers of them using the guitar to learn and software to record it, then expand it by adding other instruments/ sounds. It will be fun learning.

Hi, I am Fausto. I am an Italian musician, trained in the classical guitar. I have been studying guitar since the age of fifteen at the conservatory in Sicily. I finished my degree at the BENEDETTO MARCELLO conservatory in Venice. I compose my own music in the classical style with the guitar. Within the genre of classical music I play, for example, Bach and Giuliani. As an electrical guitarist, I am used to playing with the fender sound, blues, and jazz. I offer lessons for people who would like a start in the guitar world. I enjoy teaching all ages and I am open to see what and how you would like to learn. We can learn the technical way or be more open with playing. For example with children, I am used to teaching with the book from the composer Sagreras. However, I am open if you'd like to improve in some song which you love!;) The music is my life, playing and learning new things is always what I'm looking up. I like teaching because having the possibility to give something really amazing to someone makes me happy and more real with myself. If someone loves playing and needs help, it would be amazing to be as helpful as people have been with me If you need some Italian lessons I am also Italian and I can offer Italian teaching as well. If You need some lessons you can count on me for conversation or grammatically lessons.

My name is Antonio and as a teacher I have 30 years of experience, during which I taught people of all ages, and I have been teaching for 9 years at the City Lit College and I worked for the International London School in Acton. Also in June 2020 I attended and passed the training for online teaching, through Newham Music Trust. I consider one of my qualities, as a teacher, to be able to keep my student focused and motivated by giving them a hands-on experience from the beginning, making the music lesson a shared event rather than something imposed by a rigid pupil-teacher hierarchy which sometimes does not give the results desired. Finally, I have a degree in Musicology from the University of Pavia and a Diploma from the Milanese Music College “Centro Professione Musica” in Jazz Guitar.

Hi you, who thinks that can not sing :) Yes you can. Unless you have some rare health problems, it's really not that difficult when you learn technique, it may demand some effort and consistency though. I'm here just to remind you how to do this cause you forgot. "To help you to discover your voice, bla bla bla" :) Don't trust me. Egzamin everything by yourself. There's no one fixed way to make your voice to project well as every BODY is different. I've been in vocal training for 10 years with different teachers untill I finally "got it". So last 1,5 year was making a living as a busker/performer and recording musician/vocalist, most of this time making new music and travelling :) (still haven't finished! ) Unfortunately things have changed for me recently due to pandemy, so for now I'm going back to education and online music services. This is how I used to work in the past, so I have VAST experience teaching voice emission and guitar. I can support you in learning proper breath support, vowels modification and also some various 'tricks', growing your range, voice hygiene and also will help to find proper register in which you can operate most efficiently. Ear training also included if necessary. I have very good mic and headphones. Adam
