Latin lessons. Lateral thinking with a polyglot teacher. Linguistic approach. Grammar decryption. 10 years of experience. Translate this text using Google Translate.

I offer you a new learning experience. To the uninitiated, a grammar book seems to be written in another language because the meaning of the words is incomprehensible. In a down-to-earth way, I'll translate the grammar into familiar words. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning while having a positive mindset. You can book a complete course with regular sessions or individual lessons to overcome a specific problem, such as pronunciation or a particular point in grammar. Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise. There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge: When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ... You know that numbers are formed according to a certain pattern. With only ten digits, you can form an infinite number of numbers and always know which number comes next. When it comes to the alphabet, words and sentences, it's more or less the same, but school pedagogy, school textbooks and regular lessons still follow the rote learning approach. In the lessons I propose, you will learn to use patterns because this is more efficient and faster. Learning is easy, but unlearning bad habits is extremely difficult. This makes it all the more important to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. My offer is aimed at both teenagers and adults who want to acquire a solid foundation of the Latin language without the time-consuming diversions of absurd school methods. I offer individual or group lessons for Latin. The methods are based on cognitive science and, in particular, comparative linguistics. My flexible programme can be tailored to your individual needs. What is particularly important to me: motivating my students and help them establish a learning rhythm; encouraging their creativity; helping them become more familiar with the language; teaching them the letters and their sounds; strengthening their memory by training their phonological loop; teaching sentence building plans instead of memorising sentences; explaining how language works so that my students can become independent as quickly as possible. I look forward to meeting you.

Private French lessons for adults and teenagers with native French speaker in Co. MayoTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Private French lessons for adults and teenagers with native French speaker in Co. MayoTranslate this text using Google Translate.

For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of tutoring in both French and English. My students have ranged in age, background, and origin, spanning children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and even seniors aged 85 and above. You might wonder why I teach both languages. Well, I am bilingual, with American and Swiss/French roots, and I currently reside in Ireland. This unique blend of experiences equips me with a strong and relevant teaching approach. I possess an intimate understanding of both cultures, enabling me to tailor my classes to the specific needs of my students. My teaching journey began during my time studying social work in French-speaking Switzerland. I started offering private French and English lessons to supplement my income, and I quickly discovered my passion for it. Even after graduating and embarking on a full-time career, I couldn't bear to give up this rewarding activity. I cherished the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals and assist them in achieving their language goals. In my teaching methodology, interactivity takes center stage. I employ a variety of engaging learning tools, including photos, newspaper articles, music, videos, and more. My approach is highly adaptable, with a focus on addressing each student's unique priorities. Some seek to refine their pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary, while others require assistance with presentations or speeches for school or work. Some simply aspire to acquire a new language to enrich their general knowledge. I also specialize in teaching younger children, a testament to my educational background and experience. What you will gain from my courses extends beyond impeccable pronunciation and enhanced vocabulary and grammar. You'll also acquire a profound understanding of the culture associated with each language. When speaking a language, it's essential to appreciate the lifestyle, traditions, and heritage of the nations where it thrives. French and English are spoken as primary languages in numerous countries worldwide, each with its own unique accent and cultural nuances. The learning process is limitless! In addition to my language instruction, I'm a genealogist and host spiritual (non-religious) seminars in the beautiful West of Ireland. My passion for vegetarian and vegan cuisine adds a flavorful dimension to my life. Furthermore, I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have operated a private "Before & Afterschool" facility along with Summer Camps catering to children aged 4 to 12 for many years. I am genuinely excited about the prospect of meeting and working with you!

French private lessons by university graduate in LettersTranslate this text using Google Translate.

French private lessons by university graduate in LettersTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Holder of a Master's degree in Letters and endowed with a solid experience in private lessons, I provide French lessons for students wishing to: - consolidate their bases in grammar, spelling - improve their language skills (allophone students) - improve their speaking skills (conversation classes) -profect the written expression - prepare for ECR exams - prepare for the written examinations at the end of the studies (maturity, certificate of completion) - help with the writing of works of maturity (or other works of end of studies), of dissertation - work on argumentative texts - acquire a method to analyze literary texts - learn how to perform bibliographic research The course material is a Google Docs document that I create in which my explanations, possible links, exercises appear. By reading it regularly, progress will be faster. It can also be used in addition to other documents (files printed by school teachers and/or books) and has many advantages: automatic updating, downloadable on tablets and smartphones, simultaneous monitoring of what is writing. For help with writing: The objective is above all to acquire effective tools. The student will thus be able to learn to structure his ideas, argue coherently (and convincingly) and enrich his vocabulary. It is essential for me to have written work from the student between each lesson. For analyzes of oral literary texts: In order to optimize the time available (and to put ourselves in conditions closest to oral exams), we choose together an extract from a work that the student will have previously prepared before the lesson. This would take around 20 minutes at most, and ideally just a little before the meeting time. If necessary, I have the habit of taking a paragraph at random which would serve as a basis for analyzing a passage. For the corrections of end of studies work: so that the meeting with the student is at the most profitable, I ask him to send me his writings before the meeting. Apart from my presence with the student, any course involves a preparation time before and after the lesson, including the work that I correct. My goal is to design an individualized course, so I take the time to write detailed comments on corrected work or tips to ensure maximum success for everyone. For example, an editorial correction can easily be the subject of a detailed commentary of 4 typewritten pages. For adults (FLE): In order to optimally prepare the first ones, I take the initiative to inform myself in advance of their objectives / expectations. Whether to practice speaking in everyday life, the professional world or to practice oral presentations, I prepare either PPT or technical sheets in advance that I send by mail ( after booking on the website). The other alternative is to make a PV of the course that I send (or that I print). Giving importance to keeping a written record on the one hand to better memorize the topics covered, on the other hand to better assimilate the spelling. Of a general nature, a concrete situation that responds to the learner's needs is the starting point. From this situation, I address the essential grammatical points.

French tutoring and language courses for high school and university students, at home/onlineTranslate this text using Google Translate.

High school marks a demanding turning point: expectations in French are no longer limited to simple comprehension, but require rigorous analysis, a solid literary background, and impeccable argumentative structure. Whether it's to overcome accumulated difficulties or to aim for honors on the Baccalaureate exam, I offer high-level, fully personalized support. Flexible formats: At home for optimal work immersion, or online via powerful interactive tools (shared whiteboards, real-time collaborative documents). A program focused on the Baccalaureate exams: Methodology for written exams: Absolute mastery of text commentary and essay writing. I teach students how to formulate a problem, construct a logical plan without going off-topic, and write a compelling introduction. Intensive oral exam preparation: Rigorous training for line-by-line explanations and discussions on the chosen work. We work on fluency, time management, relevant answers to the jury's questions, and stress management. Literary analysis and grammar: In-depth decoding of the works on the syllabus, historical contextualization (literary movements) and consolidation of the grammar points required for the exam.

Homework help from CP to 3rd grade on Rouen right bank (-50% tax credit!)Translate this text using Google Translate.

- If you are tired of paying tutoring organizations that send you students who have the knowledge but not the pedagogy... - If you are tired of only finding highly qualified teachers while your daughter is only in 5th grade... You have come across the right ad! ★ I am versatile: I can help your children with French and Maths. I can also help them in English and Spanish but I should point out that I am not trilingual, I provide academic support. ★ I'm listening: A prior discussion with parents is essential in order to know precisely the academic problems of their children and to best guide my lessons. I also like to ask the children afterwards what their difficulties are to see if parents and children have the same perception. When the assessment is established, I question the students on what they are studying in class with a view to following the program while trying to review specific points that have not been assimilated. I mainly use their courses and their textbooks so that my students keep their bearings, but if necessary I use the material I have. ★ I am a translator of incomprehensible courses: Indeed, the lessons are completely incomprehensible for most students. They are formalized in a way that no teenager can understand them. All students have the potential to become good as long as the concepts are well explained. My mission is therefore to simplify them and transcribe them into clear language. ★ I am methodical: I have improved my working methods through my 8 years of teaching. They are based on understanding and not on rote learning. The students must be able to re-explain their lesson to me and thus demonstrate that it has been completely understood. I give exercises of increasing difficulty and which allow optimal progression. I can also give exercises to do for the next session. When there is time left, I even take the opportunity to move forward with the program so that they get the best possible grades! ★ I am a coach with a psychological approach: During my adolescence, I was school phobic and that's why I do everything to help my students feel better at school. I'm not just here to help them with their homework. All my lessons are personalized because each student is different. I like to know how they perceive the subject, if they appreciate their teachers in class, the job they want to do later... I make a point of letting my students find the solutions to the exercises on their own so that they are proud of themselves. In addition, I will encourage them to develop a taste for effort (pay attention to their spelling and write neatly) in order to systematically produce quality work and gain self-esteem. I restore confidence in my students because it is important that they are happy and motivated to be effective in their work. ★ I do my job with pleasure: I like to pass on knowledge and see my students progress. Teaching is for me a real pleasure and not a nutritional need. I therefore offer real supervision throughout the school year. Observation, listening, work and encouragement are the 4 pillars of my teaching. The goal is for them to be autonomous and independent at the end of the school year! My lessons boil down to this: good humor and efficiency! ★ Hours: - Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. ★ Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions because I am very responsive (about 1 hour). We can therefore organize a first lesson quickly. See you soon !

Private tutoring - French, Mathematics, Science, History, Philosophy and Languages - Students and Adults 📚Translate this text using Google Translate.

The authenticity of an exchange. In a society increasingly rooted in a competitive approach, where automated exchanges with Artificial Intelligence cannot replace the need for human interaction, this is precisely what we lack. As a lawyer by training and an independent legal consultant, creating "Le Droit" is a breath of fresh air. This private tutoring service is aimed directly at students and any adult who needs to overcome difficulties in studying the following subjects: French, Mathematics, Sciences, Philosophy, History, and Languages (English and Spanish). To be clear, these subjects will be studied up to the Baccalaureate level (General/Technological/Vocational). Moreover, being currently preparing for the entrance exam to the National School of Magistrates and passionate about the beauty of multidisciplinary learning, the school program is being reviewed extremely regularly. 🎓 It is now necessary to elaborate somewhat on my experience: 4 years already dedicated to private lessons (which is significant) via the organization Complétude as well as independently (Law, French, Mathematics, Sciences, History and Languages), and this at all levels (primary, middle school, high school, university students and adults). Regarding my teaching experience in legal subjects, I invite you to consult my other course offering dedicated to this subject and also published on Apprentus. 👋 What about my teaching approach, you might ask? Beyond this desire for authenticity, it seems particularly important to dismantle the prejudices that poison the perception of students experiencing difficulties. To ensure the smooth running of this course and so that the student or adult feels as comfortable as possible, it is worth remembering that the foundation of all conversation and understanding remains listening. Listening to one's equal, regardless of age. 💬 Wouldn't you be interested? Please feel free to contact me by message and I remain available to discuss the frequency of classes and their modalities (in-person in Tours, videoconference and possibility of travel if necessary). In the meantime, ladies and gentlemen, students or interested individuals, it would be a real pleasure for me to accompany you as best I can on your path to success because, as its name indicates: you all have the Right to Knowledge! 😉

Amazing Tutor for Teens - So Glad We Found Younes! I was initially hesitant about online French tutoring for my 14-year-old daughter, especially since she wasn't thrilled about starting classes in the first place. However, from the very first session with Younes, all my worries disappeared. He has an incredible ability to connect with this age group. He immediately broke the ice, made the lessons engaging, and somehow managed to get my daughter genuinely interested and actually looking forward to her next class! We've now had around 8 classes with Younes, and the difference in my daughter's confidence in school is remarkable. She's participating more in her French class and seems much more comfortable speaking and understanding the language. Younes is patient, encouraging, and clearly knows how to make learning French fun and accessible for teenagers. He creates a positive and supportive learning environment, and his passion for the language is contagious.

Kevin is a genius, who is capable of breaking down complex concepts into manageable, useful bits. If you think of a really large basket of vegetables and fruits. You know all the nutrients are good for you, but it would be tedious to try to eat it all raw. But then, you get a juicer or blender or 'Nutribullet', and juice all those vegetables and fruits into a refreshing smoothie. You can then drink that smoothie as quickly or slowly as you wish, and still get all the necessary nutrients... That's what Kevin can do - he juices all the complex intricacies of the German language into something you can understand and digest. His methods are unconventional, but very helpful in laying a proper foundation for a successful language learning journey. Very highly recommended.

We are very happy with the French lessons Awni gives to our 14-year-old daughter. He is very flexible and adapts the lessons perfectly to her needs and level! He places special focus on pronunciation, vocabulary, listening skills, and conversation, while introducing interesting topics that make the lessons engaging and enjoyable. He is also willing to adjust the lessons to the homework and topics covered at school, which has been extremely helpful for her progress and confidence in French. Our daughter genuinely enjoys the lessons because Awni is motivating, clear, patient, and kind. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes learning fun and effective at the same time!! We highly recommend him as a French teacher!
