I offer Dutch lessons adapted to beginners as well as to people who already have some basic knowledge. I have a B2 level in Dutch, validated by a certificate of achievement, which allows me to teach the language in a clear, structured and accessible way. The goal is to make learning simple, progressive and motivating, by advancing step by step on the essential basics of the language. Each course is structured around: - useful everyday vocabulary - Grammar explained simply - basic conjugation - oral and written comprehension - Conversation exercises to quickly gain fluency I adapt to the pace and objectives of each student (school, work or personal learning), in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. Dutch can be a challenging language. Spelling, grammar, reading comprehension, writing, or speaking often cause insecurity in both children and adults. In my lessons, I help pupils and course participants step by step to gain more control, confidence, and enjoyment in the Dutch language. I teach online lessons to: - pupils in primary and secondary education (vmbo, havo and vwo); - Dutch children living abroad; - adults learning Dutch as a second language (NT2); - students preparing for work, study, or emigration to the Netherlands. The lessons can be taught entirely in Dutch, but if necessary, I also provide support in English, Spanish, or German. This allows non-native speakers to better understand grammar and language structures and make faster progress. The lessons are practical, personal, and fully tailored to the goals of the student or learner. I use many examples, exercises, and active assignments so that the language becomes immediately applicable. As a Dutch person living and working in Colombia, I have extensive experience with online education, multilingualism, and international students. I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.
