Becoming a scientist? Statistics and coding skills are an important part of your everyday job. Learn early, practice, and with no time you will be flying through your data analyses before everybody else. Using coding software such as R allows you to interpret and analyse meaningful data and plot beautiful graphs using base R or multiple libraries. I will teach you the basic syntax of R, how to understand and 'think' like R, and build on those skills to do more complicated statistics (ANOVA's, PCA, GLM's, mixed-effects models, etc.) and - the most important(!) - how to plot beautiful graphs!
