My name is Denise and I am a professional singer and vocal coach with a Master’s degree in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC). I have over 8 years of teaching experience in Europe and Latin America, working with students from diverse cultural and musical backgrounds in private lessons, artistic projects, and educational contexts. My artistic work includes early music and chamber repertoire, as well as Latin American folk, jazz, and contemporary crossover styles. This diversity strongly informs my teaching approach, which is flexible, stylistically open, and based on healthy vocal function.

I offer private singing and vocal coaching lessons to students of beginner level of different ages Depending on the student's final goal we adjust the repertoire and skills that are needed for obtaining the goal. We will choose the repertoire according to the student's wishes - classical or popular music. Singing is your passion and you wanna build up your skill? You feel at home with genres within pop and/or rock music? Then I'm your teacher! My classes will be designed to fit in with your current level, your preferences in terms of style and/or skill as well as your goals. Each class starts with a short warm up consisting of breathing exercises, a check of your body posture and singing exercises. Then we'll work on the songs you wanna sing. The technique I'm gonna teach you is based on speech level singing. About me: I'm about to finish my music studies with a bachelor diploma in singing at Jam Music Lab Privat University for Jazz and Popular Music Vienna and I've been singing for over 10 years now. Last time I was live on stage was with the 80's tribute "Shake Me" at Simm City Wien and local Wien in 2020. Right now I'm arranging my own songs from my dark wave and dark rock influenced band project "Vampy Pop" to make them ready for recording in the studio.

I am an Italian pianist, I graduated at F. Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest. I offer piano accompaniment to instrumentalists and singers. Being Italian my native language, I may support singers with pronunciation for the Italian Opera repertoire. A typical class would start with warm-up exercises, then we would work on repertoire that I can suggest (after I can assess the vocal range). Of course you can always take pieces with you! I can also accompany you on the piano for my own repertoire suggestions. The human voice is the instrument closest to us. Therefore, I believe that through voice training, you not only discover the joy of singing, but also get to know yourself and your own body much better. I am studying solo singing myself and am therefore very much looking forward to meeting motivated and musical singers. Above all, a natural and healthy singing technique is very important to me, because only then do you have the right tools to work musically and interpretatively.
