Hello! My name is Nuriam i'm Spanish, and I offer flute lessons to students of all levels and ages. The lessons are in English or Spanish . The repertoire to work on covers all the periods of Classical Music history, from 17th Century to our days. I have a Master degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and recently I obtained my second Bachelor degree, specialised on Early Music Performance at the same school, studying traverso (baroque flute). As a flute teacher I have got several years of experience, and teaching is one of my passions. I always find a great source of inspiration and knowledge in every student I have. My lessons do not only have a technical approach: besides, they constitute a continuous search of the best way to give musical expression to our flute performance and knowing ourselves as individuals, as artists. My schedules are very flexible, so we can plan the lessons every time if that suits you better. We will work individually, so the lessons are adapted to each student's progress and character. But music is a social activity, and this means that concerts can be organised, and there is always the chance to play some chamber music! Each sudent is different. Do you want to play flute, piano or recorder? Do you need some help in musical theory? Lessons for all ages and levels. Professional musician and performer, laureate of international competitions and graduated from Special Musical College in Saint Petersburg (Russia) in teaching specialisation as well as from la Haute Ecole de Musique in Lausanne (Master of performance), and from Hochschule fur Musik in Basel (Master in contemporary music) proposes flute, recorder, piano and musical theory lessons. I have 10 years of teaching experience in Switzerland, France, and Russia. During our lessons you will learn how to play music of different genres, from baroque to contemporary and pop, depending on your wishes. Learn to play; to decipher the scores and improvise by ear or by reading and analyzing chord charts. This course will adapt to your level of play: simple harmonies for beginners and more complex depending on the degree of mastery of the instrument. This course also includes a thorough introduction to harmony.

I enjoy teaching both harp and flute at my studio in Worthing and also offer lessons online. I studied at The Royal Academy of Music, London graduating with a first-class Master's degree and an LRAM music teaching qualification. Learning an instrument is a very rewarding and enjoyable experience and I teach students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and you will have the opportunity to take part in performances and work towards graded exams if you wish to do so or just play for fun! Each lesson will be tailored to the individual pupil’s needs, level, and style. I teach a wide variety of musical styles including Classical, Celtic, Pop, Jazz, and more!
