I am an active FIDE chess player with many years of over-the-board tournament experience. Most of my chess journey has been self-taught, so I understand how difficult it can be to identify what is holding your chess back and find an effective way to improve. My lessons are adapted to your level, goals and playing style. We can focus on analysing your games, calculation and tactics, positional understanding, openings and typical plans, practical decision-making, or building an effective training routine. My goal is not simply to show you engine moves, but to help you understand why moves work and teach you how to think independently during your games. Lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate players and ambitious club players who want to improve their chess in a structured and practical way.

As a UEFA B qualified coach, I enjoy supporting the development of other coaches as much as I enjoy coaching players. My approach focuses on helping coaches create positive, player-centred learning environments where individuals are encouraged to think, make decisions and develop confidence alongside their technical ability. Rather than simply delivering sessions, I believe in sharing ideas, asking questions and helping coaches reflect on their own practice so they continue to develop long after a coaching session has finished. I encourage coaches to balance performance with enjoyment, adapting sessions to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities while maintaining high standards. By promoting effective communication, thoughtful session planning and continuous learning, my aim is to help coaches build environments where both players and fellow coaches can thrive, develop and reach their potential.

Hi! I'm Martina, a passionate volleyball player from Barcelona with 8 years of competitive experience. During my volleyball journey, I played for FC Barcelona (Barça) in the highest youth team, represented the Barcelona regional selection, trained with the Catalonia regional selection, competed in two Spanish Championships and four Spanish Cups, and took part in several international tournaments. Volleyball has been a huge part of my life, and I'd love to share everything I've learned with other players. My goal is to help you improve your technique, build confidence and enjoy the sport, whether you're a complete beginner or already have experience. Every player is different, so I tailor each training session to your goals, age and current level. Whether you're just starting volleyball or looking to improve specific skills, we'll work together on the areas that matter most to you. I can help you improve your serving, passing, attacking, blocking, footwork, positioning and overall confidence on the court. As a middle blocker with several years of competitive experience, I know how important good technique and game awareness are. I offer one-to-one sessions as well as training for pairs or small groups. I can travel anywhere in The Hague, and sessions are available in English or Spanish.
