These lessons are suitable for all ages and levels. I would be delighted to offer violin lessons or music theory classes online via video call or in person at your home in Lyon or Villeurbanne. I have been teaching for several years, sharing my passion with complete beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. I would be happy to guide you with attentive listening and kindness in your musical practice. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for more information. VIOLIN LESSONS: At your own pace and with your own listening skills, you will learn music that is dear to you and cultivate the joy of music. A violinist for 20 years, I received classical music training at a conservatory. I experiment with different violin styles (Baroque, Oriental, Balkan, folk, South American, popular music, film music, etc.). I impart the necessary technique to play what you want and adapt to each student's desires and goals. I studied at a conservatory in France, a higher education institution in Belgium, and with private lessons in Germany in classical and baroque violin. I completed a comprehensive conservatory training program over 20 years, with weekly classes in violin, orchestra, music theory, and choir. I have been teaching violin regularly since 2020. I continue to refine my skills and am committed to providing supportive instruction that is attentive to each student's needs. Annual trips, workshops, and tours enrich my skills and teaching methods. I am aware of the perfectionism of some violinists, the stress of playing in front of the teacher or other people, and the frustration of not being able to play what one wants quickly. That is why I guide the student towards a more relaxed and patient practice towards themselves while increasing their level of expectation. MUSICAL TRAINING SOLFEGE: I offer a fun and practical music theory course. This course helps develop melodic and harmonic listening skills, as well as the ability to read notes and rhythms. I studied music theory for 20 years at a conservatory and music school. I would be delighted to guide you in your music education. Do you have any questions? Or requests for information? Contact me via messaging and I will be happy to answer you. See you soon ! Sarah

Whether you've never played the accordion before or stopped playing a long time ago, I offer regular coaching to perfect your technique and performance. My approach to the instrument places great importance on breath control, a key element in achieving a clear and controlled sound. The repertoire covered will be varied, corresponding to the wishes of the student, in order to awaken their musical curiosity and their desire to explore new genres.

I have been composing computer music for over 10 years. In general, we will start the lessons by listening to one of your compositions and seeing everything that goes well in it, everything that can be improved etc ... If you are looking to learn more about how to build your songs better, mix them better, or if you just want to learn how to better use your composition tool (Reaper, FL Studio etc ...), you are looking for me!

I have played for many years in the orchestra of the conservatory and for other artistic projects. I have over fifteen years of experience and work in music. They are well accepted people who are simply going to discover the cello. I can follow you if necessary also in the choice of the instrument if you do not have it yet and then start a path together to make very easy pieces, discover especially how to manage the bow, how to obtain a good sound and after move on to something a little more complex. I had a great experience with beginners and I worked a lot with groups of children (I also have a diploma in working with children). I can welcome you at home (I live in Lyon 3) or if necessary if you don't have the possibility to move I can also move. At the same time, I can also give guitar lessons for beginners.

I offer individual music theory and piano lessons tailored to your level, goals, and musical interests. Whether you are a complete beginner, a music student preparing for exams, or simply want to understand music better, we can build the lessons around what you need. Music theory lessons can include notation, harmony, rhythm, ear training, analysis, sight-reading, and general musicianship. Piano lessons can focus on technique, repertoire, sight-reading, and developing a stronger understanding of the music you play. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology and have professional experience teaching music theory. I am currently studying Sonology at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, with a focus on sound, electronic and contemporary music.

In piano lessons, we use the book method of Notus or Hal Leonard. Everything is explained step by step and you gradually learn to read music and know the piano. At the start of our lessons we'll take a look at what is important to you. What goals do you want to set, and what feels achievable and comfortable? We set long-term goals of, for example, a year. Completely tailored to where you are at, right now. During the lessons I am patient, motivating, encouraging, and complimenting. I'll point out what could be better, and also pay attention to how you can play more easily. And much more. Tailored to your needs and wishes.
