Hi to everybody! :) My name is Stef, I am a lyrical singer from Barcelona who currently lives in Montréal (and I love it!). I teach singing, piano and musical theory for ALL AGES and GENRES! About SINGING, I am going to teach you how to use your voice in a healthy way. In class, we'll learn about: - Body awareness - Support (yes, we'll talk about the diaphragm!) - Breathing - Phonation - Tuning - Phrasing - Declamation - Projection - Confidence - Stage presence - Communication through emotions - Piano self-accompaniment (so you can give proper concerts to your beloved ones!) - And MORE!! About PIANO and MUSICAL THEORY lessons, they are based on a super piano book. With that and my technique you'll learn a lot! For kids, I have several books that are fantastic for them as well! Good morning all! Currently doing a PhD in classical singing interpretation at the University of Montreal, I would be delighted to pass on my passion to all those who wish to discover or deepen the vocal technique. Good morning all! I am a student at Polytechnique Montréal (20 years old) and I love music, especially the guitar. Are you a guitar beginner? It is not serious! I'll teach you to read tabs, chords etc... If you're motivated to learn to 'scratch' as we say in the jargon, well, you just had to say it! Even if you don't have a guitar, I can bring mine and you can get an idea of your interest in the instrument! I can also help you improve your singing if you want to sing+play guitar. Would you like to play your favorite artists' songs on the guitar? 🎸🎶 In these classes, you'll learn in a practical, dynamic way, perfectly tailored to your musical tastes. You choose the songs, artists, or styles you love, and we'll work together so you can learn to play and accompany them on the guitar. You'll learn chords, chord changes, rhythms, strumming patterns, and different accompaniment techniques, always applied to real songs. The goal isn't simply to memorize songs, but to gradually understand how they work so you can learn new songs on your own. The classes are adapted to all levels. If you're starting from scratch, we'll go step by step so you can begin playing your first songs from the beginning. If you already have some guitar experience, we'll work on improving your rhythm, technique, and accompaniment skills. We can work on pop, rock, rumba, flamenco, singer-songwriter songs, and many other styles. From artists like Estopa, Melendi, Pablo Alborán, Manuel Carrasco, or Fito y Fitipaldis, to any group or singer that's part of your favorite music.
