About Me

My name is Annika, I am 24 years old and am currently doing my Master of Education at the University of Vienna. My subjects are German, Psychology, Philosophy and Ethics. I have been self-employed as a private teacher for 4 years and have specialized in learning basic German, creative writing and rhetorical skills. A philosophical perspective on the topics covered is very important to me. Critical thinking should be made accessible to the pupil and then consolidated.

I have not regretted the decision of my vocation for a day, but am completely absorbed in my work as a curious and meaningful person. In my opinion, people can take the most with them and learn new things just by reading high-quality literature and exchanging arguments with others. We need the controversial discourse for a higher understanding of the world and a skillful exchange on everyday and abstract matters. This is the only way we can find our way around it better.

I am a very bright and empathetic person, my students appreciate my cordial approach and my motivation when working together. As part of a compassion project, I came to a school for autism and behavioral problems and was allowed to lead classes for a long time and help with day care. Here I got to know the form of the special school better and was able to take away some valuable educational knowledge.
