Logic Pro X is an incredibly powerful application that puts pro audio quality recordings into the hands of amateur and hobbyist musicians and producers.

I have used Logic Pro in professional contexts, recording and producing numerous recordings and have years of experience using this piece of software.

I will explain the user interface (which can be daunting to new users,) in Logic and show how users can get the most out of this awesome piece of software in a relatively short time.

This class would be useful for people who wish to learn to create and record their own music, music teachers who would like to expand their knowledge of music technology and apply it to the classroom and any other people for whom recording audio is a necessary component of their work.

Extra information

I would be happy to do introductions using my own laptop but students would require an Apple Computer which can run Logic Pro X.

About Me

I am passionate about music education and I believe that every student of every age has the ability to make music!

I am a patient teacher and enjoy the challenge of explaining some complicate concepts to students in a fun and engaging way. I always try to explain music to younger students using frames of reference that they are already familiar with.

In my career I have recorded in the studio and live with artists such as Anastasia, Ben E King, Rodriguez, Leon Ware, The Emotions, Deniece Williams, Alfie Boe and many more and it is a joy for me to pass my experience onto a new generation of students.

I studied at at the Royal Academy of Music in London passing my degree with honours. I also obtained a teaching diploma, which I studied during my degree from the same institution.

My classes focus on technical development with an approach that incorporates music theory and aural skill with instrumental learning. I am happy to teach any standard or age and also offer tuition for parents and children who would like to learn guitar together.

I am currently a student at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles. I'm in my third bachelor's degree. I have been taking harp lessons for 13 years with various renowned teachers such as Eline Groslot and Annie Lavoisier. During this period I also gained a lot of experience as a concert harpist. Including the second prize in the Concours Français de la Harpe (2017). And for 3 years I also give private lessons in harp and solfège.

These lessons focus on both (young) children who want to learn harp and adults who want to start using harp. Each student is guided at his own pace and the lessons are adapted to the wishes of each student.
Note learning lessons are also adjusted as much as possible to the student's pace.

I am a professional flute player with an experience on competitions, auditions and concerts. I have a Master Degree in Orchestermusik with distinction at the Zurich University of Arts. I also have a Pedagogy Diploma and experience of three years teaching flute in a music school and 10-year experience in private lessons.
Playing music for years had also made me develop love for computer music which I can also share with you or your child. We can develop a unique practice where you play your instrument and combine it with a software for more immersive experience !

My teaching experience comprises teaching adults as well as kids, for diverse levels of experience.

With my background on theory and history of music I will help you to discover a wonderful world of music through playing the flute. I can also prepare you for concerts, competitions, auditions and exams, or boost your creativity using the software together with the instrument !

Hello all, I am Rotem (24), I am a guitarist and a composer, and currently pursuing my master's in music composition and theory in ZHdK. I graduated with honors studying jazz performance with classical composition as a side subject from New England Conservatory (Boston).

I have been performing, touring and teaching around the world: New York, Washington DC, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and more!

I have grown up with educaiton both in jazz and classical practices, and therefore am very versatile and fluent with both worlds which i believe creates a unique and interesting perspective for approaching music.

In our lessons, we could focus on anything you'd like to: guitar, music theory, composition, ear training, electronic music, improvisation (jazz and free improvisation), rhythm, and many more.
