Playing the piano is my passion!
I am currently studying music education with the main instrument piano at the MDW (Music and Performing Arts Vienna).
For many years now, I have been teaching children and adults of all levels with great pleasure. My teaching methods are very creative and don't just involve playing by grades.

My name is Maria, I am a flutist and flute instructor based in Vienna. I teach flute and recorder to both children and adults, beginners or more advanced students, with the main focus on developing a stable breath flow, healthy and balanced position for playing exercises and songs. Pedagogue with more than 10 years of experience in scholar and extracurricular contexts is offering his expertise as a guitar teacher for new interested students of all ages. Classes are held in person in Vienna's 3rd district, and can be of course prolonged into the school year.

My class is based on various but well structured classical methods, however Pop and modern music remains an important aspect of the learning process, so the various wishes and aspects of guitar playing can be achieved by beginners and advanced students. A vast well catered repertoire and personalized arrangements will be provided for each student individually.

Many groups projects with guitars as well as other music instruments were very successfully realized over the years, and many of my students have also succeeded in competitions and important (solo) performances.
Prep classes for competitions as well as entrance exams at music institutions are also very possible!

Every year there are two student concerts in a beautiful concert hall in the 3rd district (December and June)

Whether you are a complete beginner (of any age) or have been playing for many years - my lessons will be customized to fit you personal needs and goals. For me the most important thing is to pass down my passion for the instrument and music and to teach you how to be confident with your instrument.

I can also prepare you for exams (i.e. entrance exams for a music university) and teach lessons in music theory and ear training. In my lessons I like to occasionally use methods from elementary music education, which focuses on musical expression. That way you can practice to express yourself and your feelings on the instrument and the typical fear of mistakes is being avoided.

Hello! I'm Tim, a 21 year old music producer who studied music programming in London. I have taught music production to children aged 8-16 at the BRIT School (Adele, Amy Winehouse, Jesse J) and would love to pass my knowledge on to the youth of Vienna!

Depending on your needs, I help with basic musical training, learning various music programs on the computer, putting together hardware and software and composing, creating and mastering your own tracks.

I'm open minded, constructive and I know how to nurture talent without sacrificing the fun! I play guitar, piano, bass, and drums, but I'm also proficient with Ableton Live, Logic Pro, and GarageBand. I have experience in the following areas of music: Producer and bass player in a band, recording for pop/rock electronic music/hip hop artists, professional mixing and DJing.

Whether you want to play the piano and improve your technique or just learn to play the piano (while having fun), just give me a call! I know playing the piano can be boring at times, and I'm here to make learning the piano more fun for you! Through our time together we learn the right piano technique, understand different compositions and music!

Since childhood she has regularly participated in national and international competitions. In November 2023 she was awarded the 2nd prize at Soutěž Nadace Bohuslava Martinů, further she won f. e. the 1st prize at the “Broumov key”, the 2nd prize at the Ile-de-France international competition in Paris and the 2nd prize at the Fryderyk Chopin international competition in Mariánské Lázně. In December 2022, she received the title of laureate at the Prague Conservatory's international competition “Young Piano”, where she was also awarded the main prize "Young Piano Talent". In 2021, she won 2nd prize and a special prize for her interpretation of Stravinsky/Agosti's Firebird (1st prize not awarded) in the international competition Virtuosi per musica di pianoforte, 3rd prize in the international competition Bach's Way in Dobřany and 3rd prize in the Brno ́s piano competition.
In the year 2020, she was awarded the "Pilsen ́s Orfeus'' award for representing the Pilsen region in the field of classical music, namely for the 3rd prize in the “Broumov key” competition. She has performed with several orchestras in the Czech republic. In the season 2024/2025 she performed with Janáčkova Filharmonie in Ostrava as a soloist of the first Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto.
In June 2023 and 2025 she was invited to the Academy in Villecroze for masterclass. In 2021, she got the opportunity to attend the Ševčík Academy in the class of Lukáš Vondráček and Yuri Shadrin. Now she collaborates with Ševčík academy as an accompanist.
