With my classes I want to pass on the basics of yoga (breathing and right positions) to the people. With my experiences I want to that you guys take over the positive energy from myself and from each others, present in these relaxed, dynamic or whatever mood we have in these classes. Afterwards I want that my pupils will feel fresh and new in mind and body, will refind some calmness and are getting a clear mind.

My name is Kristina and yoga is not just my profession—it is my way of life. My journey began as a search for balance and self-discovery, leading me to study yoga in its purest form. I trained in India, completing a 500-hour teacher training at Akshiyogashala in Rishikesh, and I hold a certification from the International Yoga Federation. Over the years, I have immersed myself in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, blending traditional wisdom with modern science.
