Key Coaching Services:
- Structured training for street workout beginners to advanced athletes.
- Hosting or participating in street workout meetups and events.
- Preparing clients for competitions with creative and technical routines.
- Building endurance, strength, and aesthetics through freestyle movements.
Fitness Coaching
Role:
- Help clients meet a wide variety of fitness goals, including weight loss, muscle building, or improving endurance.
- Offer balanced programs that incorporate resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and recovery techniques.
- Work with clients in gyms, at home, or in hybrid fitness routines combining weights and bodyweight exercises.
