Depending on your preferences and level I can provide you some repertoire ideas and give you inspiration for new pieces. Of course your own suggestions are always welcome. If you are interested in having a good foundation of musical knowledge I can teach you music theory as well and make some fun exercises with that.

As a classical pianist teaching is a nice balance in my everyday life. Every student brings his or her own fields of special interests as well as issues which need to be worked on with a pedagogue. I adjust to your wishes depending on your level.

During this 10 years of learning I had the opportunity to study next to renowned French pedagogue Jacques Rouvier (teacher of Arcadi Volodos, Hélène Grimaud, David Fray...) at the Mozarteum University. In addition, I had the chance to have different masterclasses with distinguished Michel Bérrof, David Fray, Pavel Gililov, Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden...

I will be more than welcome to help anybody in any field in music. I can fluently speak French, Spanish, Catalan, English. As a result, lessons can be in any of those languages. Lessons can be either at the students place (Salzburg city) or online.

I draw from my childhood experience learning violin in Brazil, where I discovered how to enjoy music and, from that, how it could shape my own future. I am happy to teach students of any level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced—helping them develop technique, musical expression, and a lifelong love of playing.

I’m from Japan and studied at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg. I am a professional violinist and a member of the Beija-flor String Quartet, with international experience as a soloist and chamber musician. I have performed at major festivals including the Salzburg Festival and Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, and my recordings include Mozart’s rediscovered Ganz kleine Nachtmusik KV648 with Deutsche Grammophon. I have received awards such as 1st Prize at the Zhuhai International Mozart Competition (China) and the Special Prize “Swabian Chamber Music” at the Leopold Mozart International Violin Competition (Germany).

Throughout her years studying performance, Maya has created a studio of young clarinetists. In her studio, she fosters a supportive environment where young musicians can develop their skills and express their creativity. Through personalized lesson plans and encouragement, Maya helps each student reach their full potential, instilling a love for music that lasts a lifetime.

Maya is an accomplished clarinetist hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a deep passion for both chamber and orchestral music. She completed Masters Degree at Bard Conservatory where she studied with NY Philharmonic Clarinetist, Pascual Martinez Forteza and renowned soloist, David Krakauer. She has performed in venues such as Orchestra Hall and the Kennedy Center. As a soloist, Maya performed the Weber Clarinet Concerto no.1 with string orchestra in 2018. She has performed with various esteemed ensembles, including The Orchestra Now (TON), The Bard Conservatory Orchestra, The Phillippsburg Academy Orchestra, The Northern Lights Festival Orchestra, The Saluzzo Opera Academy Orchestra, and The University of Minnesota Orchestra.
