About Me
I'm Maggie, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm currently living in a small country in Southeast Asia, Brunei.

I began my inner journey in Emotional BioDecoding (ED) through a certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in 2012 while working in finance. In 2017, I studied BioNeuroEmotion to explore and make a personal discovery, and I soon realized the positive effect the tools had on me and those around me. This encouraged me to start working with others, and I began coaching (one-on-one sessions and some group sessions) in Buenos Aires.
I don't know
After several years of practicing yoga, I traveled to India to experience the culture from within and after studying there, I obtained my qualification to teach yoga to others. Having started teaching both in person and online, my enthusiasm to continue expanding my knowledge was still there and, before the lockdown, I managed to complete my Yoga for Children course in person. Which has since allowed me to specialize and offer yoga for children and teenagers, integrating Montessori values. In addition, I have been working with teenage athletes to improve their physical capacity and mental resilience.

I also have a specialization in yoga for pregnant women (prenatal/postnatal) and doulas. With the idea of creating a community, encouraging mothers to connect with their baby and the changes that their body is undergoing and empowering them in their process.

Having left the world of finance behind, BDE and yoga became an important part of my life. I found that they had a profound effect on me, so now I am focused on working with other people and helping them connect with their body, mind and spirit. The positive change it brought about in my life gives me the motivation to share the practice with others.

Therapeutic yoga is a space for gentle, personalized, and deep practice, where you will use your body, breathing, conscious movement, and presence to accompany physical, emotional, or energetic processes.
It's a practice that doesn't seek to "achieve postures," but rather to listen to what the body wants to express and release, from a place of respect, calm, and connection. A moment just for you, to inhabit and heal from the most essential part.

What is it for?
Each session is tailored to your needs. It can help if you:
You feel anxiety, stress or insomnia
You are going through grief, a change or an emotional block.
You have physical pain or chronic tension
You are disconnected from your body or your emotions
You feel like you want to return to yourself, to inhabit yourself, to let go.

What will you take away from a session?
A sense of relief, clarity, and presence. Through simple tools you can apply in your daily life (breathing, postures, visualizations) and deep listening and nonjudgmental support.

As an emotional biodecoder, I want to accompany adults to heal the symptoms or conflicts that they may be manifesting, through exploration and self-observation (adults only). Locating those emotions that are trapped in the body. These emotions generally manifest themselves in symptoms on a physical level (illnesses, injuries, ailments, etc.) or behavioral (addictions, recurring patterns, mental blocks, etc.). Understanding the symptoms as messages that the body gives us and that allow us to know that the unconscious is still trying to solve a previous situation.
Using different BDE techniques, we are going to find the root of the emotion and bring it to consciousness, so that, in this way, it can be expressed and lead to the healing process beginning.

I have a Master's degree in Biodescoding and Psychosomatics; an International Coaching certification focused on Neurobiological Coaching (American School of Neurobiological Coaching - Cocrear - Flapco and European Academy of Neuroscience, Economics and Humanities); in Ayurveda (Argentina); in Family Constellations (UK)

Certifications in Yoga: 200 hours of multiple styles of yoga (India) and 300 hours in Kundalini specialization (India) Specialization in pre and post natal (US) and Specialization in children and adolescents (UK)

Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point.
The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐
✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc.
📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs.
🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅
The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation.
Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

Somatic Meaning Guidance is my interdisciplinary approach to embodied awareness, movement, breath, meaning, and reflective practice.

Explore movement, breath, meditation, and body awareness through a fascia-aware and reflective approach to yoga.
I am a yoga instructor, logotherapist, and existential analyst. My approach brings together fascia-sensitive movement, mindful attention, breathing practices, meditation, and an interest in how the body, nervous system, awareness, and experience interact.

Rather than focusing on performance or forcing the body into fixed poses, these sessions invite you to explore movement through sensation, breath, rhythm, curiosity, and your own individual range. We can work with gentle yoga sequences, mobility, fascia-aware movement, grounding practices, meditation, breathing techniques, and periods of stillness.

We can also explore topics such as nervous system regulation, stress responses, neuroplasticity, attention, repetition, and embodied learning from an educational and experiential perspective. My background in logotherapy and existential analysis also informs my interest in awareness, meaning, perception, and the way we relate to our own experience.

Each session can be adapted to your experience, comfort, and personal goals. You do not need to be flexible or experienced in yoga. The practice can be gentle and exploratory or more movement-focused depending on what you need.

My aim is to create a space where movement is not simply something to perform, but something to notice, experience, and understand more deeply — through the relationship between body, breath, attention, and awareness.
These sessions are educational and wellness-oriented and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, physiotherapy, or medical treatment.

Join a yoga class that blends the steady, grounding qualities of Hatha with the flowing movement of Vinyasa. With two years of teaching experience, I guide each session with a particular focus on spinal alignment and flexibility, helping you build a strong, mobile and well-supported back.

Every class follows a clear and balanced structure: we begin with a moment of grounding to arrive and settle, then gently warm up the body before moving into the asanas. We continue with pranayama (breathwork) to calm and energize the mind, and close with a deep relaxation to integrate the practice.

Whether you are new to yoga or already have experience, classes are open to all levels, with adaptations offered so everyone can practice safely and at their own pace.

🌿 Can we cultivate curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment through meditation? Can this way of seeing help us better understand our experience and act with greater clarity?

🌀 It's a question that's been with me for eight years of practice. Eight years that have also included doubts, frustrations, and moments when I haven't felt like practicing.

🌱 What I'm discovering is that paying attention isn't just a mental process. It's a process accompanied by a bodily wisdom that deepens as we continue our practice. Paying attention and understanding are things we can train and enjoy.

🎭 If you are interested in Buddhist philosophy and teaching methods that integrate bodily wisdom through conscious movement, expressive arts and the foundations of ritual theater, I invite you to explore this proposal with me.

✨ A space to explore questions like:

💭 What do I do with the thoughts that pop into my mind? What do I do when a thought won't go away? What do I do when my body feels one thing and my mind another? How can I learn to listen to what my body needs? How do I let go of something that hurts me?

🤍 This is a space where you can feel comfortable exploring, practicing, and discovering your own answers.

Personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to your own interests and explorations in three stages

Landing: we learn to reach the body and pause
Explore: we learn a mindfulness foundation per class through anchors and contemplative teaching methods
Integration: we integrate what has been explored through deep relaxation and loving speech.

🌿 I invite you to explore it with me. ✨

A dynamic and fun course that combines physical well-being, relaxation and body expression through yoga, Zumba and basic Latin dances.

In the yoga sessions we will work on breathing, flexibility, balance, joint mobility and the connection between body and mind, adapting the exercises to the abilities of each participant.

With Zumba, we will enjoy music and movement through simple and accessible choreographies that promote coordination, physical endurance and good mood.

In the basic Latin dances section, we will learn fundamental steps and easy sequences of salsa, merengue, bachata and other Latin rhythms, developing a sense of rhythm, coordination and body confidence.

The aim is to improve physical fitness, promote socialization, and enjoy a healthy activity in a friendly, inclusive, and positive environment. No prior experience is necessary: activities are adapted to the level and needs of the group.
Move, connect, breathe, dance and enjoy while taking care of your body and well-being!
