Young graduate offers individual violin lessons

Young graduate offers individual violin lessons

Profile of the teacher: I graduated from the master of pedagogy of the Lausanne University of Music in violin. I also played the piano for a few years, which allows me to accompany the students in their songs. Student profile searched: My classes are for students of all levels, beginner to advanced. The ideal starting point for the violin is to start young between 5 and 8 years old in order to develop bodily sensations more easily with the violin. If you are an adult musician, learning the violin is just as possible. Finally, if you want to start the violin without making any music beforehand, it will be important to familiarize yourself with reading notes, rhythms and singing :) Methods used: I adapt the methods according to the profile of the students. For young students, I prefer fun, illustrated methods, often with CD to accompany them. For the older ones, I try to balance between technical studies and pieces and also adapts to their request. For young children, I note the important elements seen in class and things to do in a small notebook. The presence of a parent who supervises the practice outside the classes would be optimal! Local : Recently, I prefer to teach in the living room of my apartment because I can not always move all the material available to me at home and useful during classes: play equipment, methods, studies, songs, CD, HIFI, photocopier ... Feel free to contact me for more information ! Looking forward to introducing you to the violin, Anne Sophie

The goal is simple: to help you understand by yourself and acquire an intuition of the desired mathematical concepts, as well as the resolution of the exercises. The courses cover a number of subjects. The student chooses the desired branch (the choices are listed below (*). Additional drills can be provided upon request. (*)The topics covered in this course are: -Analysis I, Advanced Analysis I [one-variable real analysis, integration, etc...] -Analysis II, Advanced Analysis II [real multivariate analysis, integration, differential equations, etc...] -Linear Algebra I [linear maps, matrices, determinants, diagonalization (AL2), etc...] -Advanced Linear Algebra I [AL1, dual spaces, multilinear forms, groups, rings, fields, etc...] -Advanced Linear Algebra II [Gram-Schmidt, Orthogonality, Sylvester, SVD, QR, MSA, Jordan, SEDL, Hermite, Smith] -Algebraic structures [Basic logic, sets, equivalence relations, classes, quotients, groups, etc...] -Discrete mathematics [combinatorics, generating functions, basis of graph theory, probabilistic approach] Note: For more information regarding the contents of the topics, we can discuss. The courses are flexible. SIZE: The course can be given face-to-face in the Lausanne region (preferably Renens / Ecublens) or Geneva (preferably center) depending on my travel availability (this is to be agreed by message with me directly, this option only appears by default in my schedules available below). Singing lessons in Lausanne in private or semi-private.

Singing lessons in Lausanne in private or semi-private.

Program Developing your voice, your ear, controlling your breath, improving your posture and gaining self-confidence: singing is certainly one of the most complete musical fields. By singing, the artist opens completely, he strips himself of all artifice and shares with his public an intimate moment, in the greatest honesty. Objectives and skills The singing lessons allow to develop the voice pose, the development of the artistic personality, the vocal technique and the development of the voice through various styles. Learn to master the head voice, chest voice and mixed voice as well as the various types of voice: belting, saturated voice, falsetto, ... in order to be comfortable in the different styles. The body plays a central role in the singing technique. Thus, bodily and sensory work in space and, for some, the development of bodily presence on stage, are themes addressed during the lessons. We will also work on the ear, the accuracy and the improvement of the rhythm, as well as improvisation and song creation for advanced students who want it. With Apolline, music theory is integrated into the instrument lesson, sparingly and in a manner consistent with the subject studied by the child. Thus, theory sticks to practice and becomes digestible and interesting. Learning music with Apolline How to leave the usually rigid framework of the first years of musical learning that is found in most schools in Switzerland? Based in Lausanne, Apolline has a different philosophy. Rather than offering children and adolescents to learn in individual lessons, lessons in small groups - from 2 to 3 students, depending on the instrument - are highlighted. Working in a group offers many advantages to beginners or inexperienced students. Apolline offers her students the possibility of joining a group workshop, in addition to the basic instrument course, so that they can play with other musicians of their age. Accompanied by a teacher, they will learn to play in groups, through covers or their own compositions.

“ Vincent is a great guitar teacher. He helps me for learning blues basics. Not only showing the technique, he teaches the logic of blues as well. He is very experienced guitar player. Strongly recommended. ”

“ Stefano is very conscientious and sensitive to what the student wants and needs to learn. I learned more in three lessons with him (so far) than I have in the previous year! ”
