Electric guitar (rock/ punk/ jazz/ metal) and introduction to playing by ear
From 102 C$ /h
By adapting to the level, I propose to approach the guitar through pieces chosen by the student which we will analyze by ear and work on together.
This teaching method aims to place the joy of playing at the heart of the process, allowing for a more engaging and accessible approach to theoretical concepts. Having trained at a conservatory and with 10 years of experience, I have explored a different teaching approach through playing in groups practicing free improvisation.
I was a student of Thibault Abrial (guitarist for Trust, Johnny Hallyday and Michel Berger) between 2017 and 2024, and I draw inspiration from his teaching methods.
Learning chords or theoretical knowledge (triads, scales, arpeggios) is done at the student's request.
The goal is to emphasize active listening, in order to understand how to play without reproducing a score: the use of tablature will be as an additional tool and not as a structuring principle of my approach.

About Me
Newly graduated from ECAL/HEAD in cinema, I am a 26-year-old woman passionate about the arts, whether it be music, literature or cinema.
As a teacher for several years, I am committed to passing on an approach and know-how aimed at making artistic practice accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or experience.
Musically, I am curious and eclectic, but my preferred genres are rock, punk and metal.

To put into words what one feels.
Inventing images.
Playing with sounds.
Poetry helps us to live better.
To get through crises, heartbreak, and bereavement.
To celebrate simple joys, to express our feelings for those who matter.
In this course, I propose an exploration starting from the student's desires: the first session is a discovery of poetry through extracts that will serve as a basis.
Writing exercises will help you dare to take the plunge: the blank page and the fear of doing it wrong are the first obstacles that we will deconstruct.
By reading the student's texts aloud, the goal is to make writing a living practice, one that is shared and not practiced only in solitude.
