IB Diploma - IGCSE and MYP Mathematics, Mathematics-Economics teacher: professional supportTranslate this text using Google Translate.

IB Diploma - IGCSE and MYP Mathematics, Mathematics-Economics teacher: professional supportTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Are you looking for support for your child? Does your child have difficulties following the subject matter of the IB Diploma or Abitur and feels overwhelmed? Your reason for reading: Ever since I was born, my curiosity has never been contained - I was always looking for new challenges and as soon as something interested me, I wanted to know everything about it, no matter how long it took. Among my friends and colleagues, I am known for familiarizing myself with new topics in a very short time and developing a profound understanding The key to success: Education. In my opinion, free education is the highest and most valuable asset we have and we should do everything we can to continuously educate ourselves. At this point, it would be wrong to say that "unfortunately" everyone is knitted differently. Thank God this is exactly the case and this is where the biggest problem in our society begins. Even in the early years we are not optimally encouraged. Parents try their best to give their children the best education, but they and the teachers are often overwhelmed by the situation at school. Of course, this is not entirely the fault of the teachers. Imagine supporting 30 children individually in 90 minutes. Effectively this means 3 minutes for each child and now they see your own daughter or son trying to explain a complex task in that time - let's be honest! Here it quickly becomes clear that this is not only too little time for your child, we would also fail because of it. Always looking for self-optimization: Self-optimization has rarely been worth as much as it is today. I teach students from all walks of life and this is what I love about my job and why I ended up becoming a personal coach. Inflation does not only exist in the economy, knowledge is also inflationary in education. Once we stop and continue to educate, over time our level of knowledge becomes less valuable. So we have to do something to educate ourselves. Achieve goals: My goal is to give your daughter or son the best possible education in exactly the subject where most people fail - mathematics. It doesn't matter whether it's in the German Abitur or in the International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma), mathematics is a big hurdle for most people. My goal is to make this hurdle easier for your child. This includes not only dryly explaining tasks - no, but restoring fun and motivation. Nobody wants to study for something where they have the feeling of standing in front of a wall and only understand the train station. In the end, I want your child to be prepared with a deeper understanding and to lose the fear of difficult tasks. For this, I optimize learning techniques, fill in gaps, and see where your child's individual goal is. In the end, your child should go to my lessons in a tailor-made way and optimally supported. Of course, I'm not a silver bullet and development varies from student to student, but my personal aim is to offer you premium service clothing that is otherwise rarely found on the market. Thank you for your interest Did you know? On average, a reader decides within the first few seconds whether to read a text to the end. Best regards, Yves Maurice

Piano lessons in Berlin for beginners to advanced students with a graduate of the Mozarteum and the UdK.Translate this text using Google Translate.

German below - I started learning piano at the age of five and was lucky enough to work with the same teacher for thirteen years. During my university years at the University Mozarteum Salzburg and the University of the Arts Berlin, I had the chance to experience different teachers and approaches to music. Through this, I came to understand how important it is to find a teacher you connect with, and how our needs can change throughout our musical journey. In my teaching, I prioritize giving my students the tools they need to become independent musicians themselves: knowing how to practice effectively, improving their sight-reading skills (which opens up an entire library of music), understanding their own strengths and areas where they can improve, and building a solid foundation of basic music theory as far as it is relevant for their piano playing. A typical lesson looks like this: we start with a warm-up, review the previous week's practice, work on current repertoire, and set clear goals for the week ahead. I focus on helping students approach new music with more understanding and confidence. At the same time, I feel that individuality can sometimes be overlooked in the process of improving as musicians. For me, it is equally important to leave space for creativity, through improvisation, exploring different interpretation options, listening to different recordings, and discovering different repertoire or musical styles. Private DrumsetIinstruction - All Levels - All Styles - 30 years of teaching experienceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Playing the drums is both fun and very rewarding, but it also carries a significant amount of responsibility. The drummer is the backbone of any musical community, creating a vital foundation for the other instruments to thrive upon. With a wealth of exercises and content available online at your fingertips to study, I can offer you valuable, personalized advice on three key aspects: technique, time, and touch. I like to call them the 3Ts. Technique: Playing the drums is physically demanding, requiring an awareness of proper posture to safely build the muscles needed to maintain a seamless flow of movement for hours on end. Time: Keeping a steady pulse is the primary focus of being a drummer. We need to build up our confidence to consistently maintain the desired time, even under adverse conditions. Touch: While presenting steady time, we need to open our awareness to make our beat feel good. It’s an attitude. It’s about being musical. This means using dynamics and personalizing our four limbs to create our own unique groove. This is where it gets deep. I love teaching beginners. They usually can jump ahead quickly in a short time. There is no mystery. The way forward means dedicating a little (or a lot) of time daily to the drums. Even just 10 minutes a day can lead to significant improvements. That’s the secret. I recommend using an intensive approach with the classes. Beginners take 5 weeks of 60-minute classes to learn the basics and then continue working on your own, returning for follow-up “check-ups” as needed. For intermediate-level students, I recommend a 90-minute class where I present a comprehensive overview, all tailored to your immediate needs. You then come back for more when the information has been digested. For advanced-level students, the same. There is so much to cover that we can focus on very specific topics. Styles, the rudiments etc... I have a lot of experience with traditional jazz and the rudimental history behind the craft. In the end, it's about creating time to connect with the drums every day. This connection is a wonderfully rewarding and grounding addition to our lives. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

“ Javier is an incredible teacher! He is not just teaching me piano, but really helping me to understand how music is structured and the reasons behind compositional choices. A very generous and experienced teacher, who is dedicated to broadening my music horizons and improving my playing freedom. I can highly recommend him, especially for intermediate players like myself who feel a bit lost and are looking for structure and direction. ”
