I like to help people like you actually understand statistics. Statistics is really quite simple, it's just often being explained in an unnecessarily complicated way. Sometimes that just means the teacher wasn't able to translate the ideas they were trying to teach you into simple enough words.

I have been a teacher now for 20 years. First as a teacher at university and for the last 11 years as a private tutor.
I love teaching. Helping people for example with statistics who are lost in all the crazy sounding terms and who just need someone to walk them through what all of it means and why it's useful in simple language.

Or with English to help someone start to get good at one of the most used and arguably most important languages in the world. Helping them with their professional lives, or at school. And perhaps even more importantly helping them make their world suddenly a lot richer. To be able to pick movies, books, youtube videos, podcasts, memes from all over the world and understand them can be a huge game changer in someone's life.
