As PE teachers, I have responsibility to ensure that students understand the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle in addition to helping them develop their sports skills and physical fitness. Besides, this includes physical fitness education, as well as information on the various ways we can include physical exercise into our daily lives and the necessity of eating a nutritious diet. Eventually, this type of knowledge is essential for students to understand why they should strive to stay physically fit, so they may apply it outside of school.
