About Me

My desire to teach stems from a vocation: to become a university professor or a professor in preparatory classes.

My teaching is based on a few fundamental principles: adaptation to the student's level and needs/objectives, enjoyment of learning and diversity of materials used.

The objective is above all to acquire effective tools. The student will thus be able to learn to structure his ideas, argue coherently (and convincingly) and enrich his vocabulary. It is essential for me to have written work from the student between each lesson.

In order to optimize the time available (and to put ourselves in conditions closest to oral exams), we choose together an extract from a work that the student will have previously prepared before the lesson. This would take around 20 minutes at most, and ideally just a little before the meeting time. If necessary, I have the habit of taking a paragraph at random which would serve as a basis for analyzing a passage.

For the corrections of end of studies work:

Apart from my presence with the student, any course involves a preparation time before and after the lesson, including the work that I correct.
