About Me
I qualified as a yoga teacher in Kerala/India gaining a 200hr certificate at the international yoga school, and I completed my certificate in Bali/Indonesia gaining a 500hr certificate at Bali yoga school.
I continued to improve my knowledge through the continued education program of the yoga alliance and I specialized in prenatal/postnatal. also, I'm an Ayurveda specialist, and Meditation teacher (CMT-200hr).
I gained more than 3000hrs of teaching one-on-one /group classes in person and online.
