Extra information
You will need your own laptop or phone, appropriate clothing will be needed in order to workout safely. No jeans or dresses. it is recommended you bring a towel/mat and a bottle of water.

About Me
I have experience in teaching a wide variety of sports from beginners to future potential national athletes. I have previously taught PE in secondary schools, I am now working with people looking to improve their personal fitness and confidence.
