Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).

My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.

I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

I have been teaching for over 10 years, with over 5 years of professional experience in Performing Arts Industry. Ballet can be used as a great tool to understand the basic elements of dance, while creating a strong foundation for all other styles of dance. As challenging as it may be on the body, ballet can one of the most rewarding art forms of dance.

The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique sport combining physical strength with an art component.
Rhythmic gymnastics is very versatile. You learn how to be in full control of your body, how to balance, turn, jump and coordinate apparatus work, which include rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Therefore, classes are never boring.

My lessons are individually designed depending on clients' aims. I work with different ages and abilities. Lessons would usually include a warm-up, ballet exercises, apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and routine corrections (for competitive students).

In addition to ballet classes and stretching, I also provide audition preparation and competition training variations.
My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly.
It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.
