My ballet class is typically divided into two parts: Barre and Center, which include adagio, pirouettes, and jumps. We can reserve time for pointe technique upon request as well. During classes, attention is given not only to the technical aspects of the combinations provided but also to their musicality and the logic of movements. Detailed analysis is also provided on which muscles should be engaged in each movement and what sensations the student should experience when executing the steps correctly.
It would be great if you could share a video of your class or variation performance before our first class. This will allow me to assess your level and make our lesson as productive as possible.

Hello, I'm Elena.
I'm a professional ballet dancer and a highly qualified instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. I trained at the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy and was mentored by ballet masters from the Mariinsky Theatre (formerly known as the Kirov Theatre).

My Theatre Experience:
My experience in theatre encompasses both classical and contemporary ballets. Under the guidance of ballet masters from the Mariinsky stage, I performed solo parts in ballets such as "Swan Lake," "La Sylphide," "Scheherazade," "Giselle," "The Firebird," "Pa de Quatre," and "The Dying Swan." Additionally, I was the first performer of the leading roles in "Master and Margarita" and "Strauss in St. Petersburg." I had the privilege of dancing in the unique choreography of L. Classes, choreography and staging! in person or virtually

Are you going home and want to do something special? There are two options: I'll teach you how to dance the genre you're going to dance plus the choreography, or I'll just teach you the choreography. It's up to you.
