Hello! My name is Mirjana. I am from Serbia. I am a graduate violinist and master of violing teaching. I have been working as a violin teacher for 25 years in two schools - primary music school and a music high school. I have also been an ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) violin teacher for 15 years. I have a lot of experience with online teaching.
I would like to introduce my program. I base my teaching on the principles of the famous Russian school and the knowledge of modern violin teaching methodology. My approach to violin teaching is systematic and detailed. I can help you learn violin from the beginning to advanced level with a lot of patience. If you are a beginner (children or adults) I can teach you the proper violin posture, how to hold the violin and the bow and the placing of the left hand. Already at this stage of teaching I include short pieces of music and song. If you are at an intermediate or advanced level, I can help you with musical expressions or any technical problem. Get prepared for your exams, competitions, concerts or just learn your favourite piece of music or song. You can learn or practice with me. If you want, after our class, I can make a short video that you would use during the independent exercise. In the video I would show what we did in the lesson and what you should pay attention to during practice. This method has proven to be very useful for beginners and younger children.
