About Me
Amla is a teacher and performer based in Melbourne.
With over ten years of teaching & performing experience both privately and in primary and high schools across Melbourne and Perth, Amla loves helping her students to be the best all-round musician that they can be while catering to each student's individual learning needs and interests.
Amla is a freelance flutist and violinist, performing regularly across Melbourne in various bands (Huanchaco, Los Lopez, Saffron Connection-to name a few), along with some guest appearances in various other groups. She has toured with Huanchaco across Australia, Chile & New Zealand. She is also a member of the MSO chorus as a singer (Alto).
