Private Lessons in Music Composition, Theory, Ear training, Orchestration, and conducting
From 131.69 C$ /h
I am a PhD candidate at a major university in the field of Music Composition. I have been composing for 16 years. I am considered to be an expert on tone color and layering in orchestration. I have a lot of training in most music categories, can play most instruments, and am soon to be qualified to teach all the way up to a doctoral level.
I can teach in Notation software (Sibelius, Finale, Dorico, Musescore) or DAW's (Reaper, Ableton, Mixcraft, Protools).
Whether you are brand new and wanting to learn from nothing or a university student looking for fresh perspectives on your music I can make it happen.

About Me
I have taught students of all ages and levels in many settings. I first started teaching music when I started my undergrad and really enjoyed the connections you can make with students. My favorite part of a lesson is the "aha!" moment.
The most important aspect in learning music is slow and steady progress, nothing good is built overnight and I am willing to be as patient as a Banzai Culturist
