About Me
I am a composer and singer, currently based in Brighton, England. I love music and have been lucky to have had a wealth of musical experiences as a young person and some excellent and inspiring teachers.
Music theory can be a daunting task for many students but I love it, it's full of patterns and rules that make notated music one of the most efficient forms of reading and writing. To be able to unpick that can be really interesting and leads to lots of 'aha!' moments when a student can relate what they are seeing on paper to their own practice as a musician.
I am DBS checked and currently work for several performing arts schools and choirs as a singing teacher and assistant musical director.
