I offer lessons for individuals of ALL AGES, who consider themselves to be at the beginner or intermediate-beginner level! I can help with developing basic vocal technique, Musical Theatre singing, and general performance technique.

I believe in creating a safe space for students to be able to learn in a judgement free zone; where they can explore and develop their craft and not be afraid of making mistakes along the way! So, whether you’re a total novice and just want to give singing a go whilst having some fun (which is, of course, what it’s is all about) or you want a slightly more specific focus, be this for Musical Theatre in particular or performance technique – I am here to help.

The first session will involve getting to know the student and their specific needs, including any goals they have and anything they feel they would benefit from focusing on.

About Me

I am currently commencing professional training at the London School of Musical Theatre and I also hold a BA Drama and Theatre Arts degree (2:1) from the University of Birmingham. I have experience learning from industry professionals and I offer a judgement free teaching environment so that students can develop their desired skills whilst also growing in confidence along the way.

I am also Mental Health First Aid trained and hold a Level 3 CPD Certified qualification in 'Mental Health and Young people', so students can always be assured that they will be learning in a supportive, healthy and safe environment. Care for individual wellbeing is always taken seriously.

My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education.
My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals.
As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs.
