About Me

I love improving. If you are a good English speaker, but you want to make sure you get absolutely THE TOP MARK in your school or uni examinations- I am the teacher for you. I have years of experience teaching English examinations, and also of composing and writing top mark winning essays. I will show you how to get the maximum use of your language, and teach you any idioms or speaking and writing tricks to separate you from the rest.

I used to be a professional English teacher, I then made another career as an academic. My writing is published by Oxford University Press and in The Spectator. Aleksandra is a trained singer, singing teacher and choir conductor from the Academy of Music in Gdansk and Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya in Barcelona.

She took to the stage in her childhood and has been teaching music for the last 6 years.

For several years she was a chorister of the prestigious Polish National Youth Choir and leader of Vocal Quintet Solifonia. Currently, she is a choir conductor and the founder of CHOIR CLUB in Korskolen.

What can you expect from her teaching?

She believes that singing can be passion, a communication tool, a means of therapy and so much more: more than you can imagine!

In her classes, you will learn key vocal techniques as well as learning to understand your voice. You will discover the deeper meanings of the songs you sing as you seek to express them to the world.

As she is working towards becoming an Accredited Teacher of IVTOM (International Voice Teachers of Mix) she focuses on delivering teaching based on the Mix principles: by mixing the chest and head voice you receive the full benefits of “both voices”: the natural and powerful sound of the chest voice, and the beauty and range of the head voice. As a singer learns to sing using both of these resonances and trains the vocal folds to stay together, it is possible to vocalize smoothly and evenly from one register to the next. The relationship of the two elements working together will create an even, smooth vocalization and, as a result, eliminates the “breaks” in the voice.

She has a good knowledge of playing the piano, so you can sing along to her accompaniment or accompany yourself under her supervision.

Hej!

I'm Marshall, an Australian violinist currently living and studying in Copenhagen. I have just started the second year of my Masters's degree at The Royal Danish Academy of Music studying with Elisabeth Schneider. Along with my studies, I am a casual violinist with the Aarhus & Göteborg Symphony Orchestras.

Prior to moving to Denmark I studied for my bachelor's degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music on a full scholarship and have participated in the Mozarteum International Summer Academy.

I have been teaching violin/viola since 2015 and in 2020-2021 I was employed by the West Australian Department of Education to teach violin/viola to primary school students. Each and every student is different, so I try and cater to their learning experience. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have experience with the violin/viola, I can help you with your musical journey. In each lesson, I focus on building a strong technical foundation, understanding music theory, and learning repertoire. I aim to make it a positive learning environment for both students & teachers. - For Beginners, we will focus on hearing and differentiating notes, rhythmic patterns, singing melodies and how to have fun with music.

Early music education:
For the ages between 2 to 4, the parents will need to be there
Ages 2-4: We will explore different sounds and textures of the instruments, sing fun songs and play musical tools freely along with different songs.
Ages 5-6: We will sing and play different fun songs, practice melodic and rhythmical memory and play different musical games.

My name is Darius , I am from Germany and I am studying my Master's at the Rythmic Music Conservatory in "Music Performance".

I've been playing the piano since the age of 5 years and I started teaching when I was 14 years old. I have experience teaching all levels, including young childres (>6) and adults of all age - teaching privately and in music schools ever since.

I can offer basic to intermediate teaching in classical related and pop related piano / keyboards. Having a jazz background myself I can offer jazz lessons from basic to expert which might include preparing for auditions. I am very open to the interests of my students, but my only requirement is to take some time for people call "practising" - or just making yourself a nice time with music :)

I also offer other music related teaching in music theory, "ear training", production etc. on all levels.

I believe that we should do stuff that you're interested in. Maybe you'd like to learn this beautiful classical piano piece? Or you would like to play jazz piano? Or you'd like to accompany yourself on the piano? Anything is possible :)

Hi! My name Matt. I’m a passionate teacher of music. I teach piano, composition, music theory, ear-training and rhythmic studies.
