It is important for people to learn to play an instrument because it increases motor control, listening, memory.. Playing the piano also trains your hands and arm muscles and it sharpens fine motor skills, improves dexterity and hand-eye coordination and it is really fun!
You can choose what kind of a music you would like to play (from classical, jazz to film music) and I will help you in the process of learning.

I finished Bachelor and Master studies at Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade, and in 2018 I received the award given by the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade to the students for the best achievement in the piano study program.
I have won awards at national and international competitions and on three occasions, Ministry of Youth has awarded me with a scholarship.
I performed as a soloist and chamber musician all around Serbia, and I would love to share my knowledge with you!

TEACHING STYLE

I am a very patient teacher. I love teaching all ages. I don't teach everyone the same way. I tailor lessons according to individual goals and needs. I insist on the importance of technique and musicality.

I also guide all my students even outside of the teaching time, by responding to all their questions (music theory or technical) and sending them videos.

I teach how to prevent Piano Injuries by focusing on proper technique, posture, and practice habits.

My professional experience includes coaching students of all levels and ages. I successfully prepared the students for their Piano Exams, like ABRSM, Trinity Grade, from grades 1-8, with merits and distinctions, and more advanced exams as well (Performance Diplomas).

I teach for the Enjoyment of Music as well. I believe you can learn to play the piano at any age. My oldest student is over 75 years old, and my youngest one is 3 years old. They made great progress, and I am sure you could do the same.

I've never met anyone who didn't have musical abilities! You can be a serious or a recreational player. The only requirement is the willingness to spend some time at the piano.

I conduct my lessons using a combination of 4 cameras for optimum visibility, and a quality microphone which my students find very helpful. This allows them to see a very clear visual demonstration alongside my verbal explanation.

I can confidently say that Online Lessons are the same as In-Person Lessons.

CURRICULUM

I do not believe one method works for all students. I have used many different lesson books and resources over the years.

For beginners I like to use Alfred method books for basics concepts and for Classical and Jazz Piano technique I like to use ABRSM books (grade 1-8). If my student feels that they can learn better from another books, I am glad to adapt my teaching strategies to their needs.

Along with the lesson books below, I use a lot of supplemental materials based on the students' interests. I also aim to teach their favorite songs as soon as possible.

I like to clearly explain and demonstrate piano technique. In this way, the students are able to apply the information on similar passages from all genres of music.

Hi! I am a violinist who just moved here from London. I graduated from the Royal College of Music in London and am currently doing Master of concert at Haute École de Musique de Genève.

I have been teaching intensively since first year of Bachelor and have had students from various age groups with different goals. My main teaching materials are suzuki/abrsm, but I will flexibly accommodate to your needs.

I can guide your practice so you find passion in playing the violin, and show you how to make a round/healthy sound with your instrument. Or say if you just would like to play a tune you heard from a video, I can teach you how.

Other qualifications: Dip ABRSM violin teaching, passed with distinction.

The lessons are open to every levels. Language will be English or Mandarin.
