A passionate trekker since 2017 who has:
• Summitted Mount Elbrus at 18,510 feet, the highest and most prominent peak in Russia and Europe
• Trekked to Everest Base Camp at 17,598 feet
An enthusiastic and highly motivated Yoga Practitioner since 2019 who:
• Regularly practices Yoga in combination with Stretching
• Has experienced massive benefits of this fusion practice during treks and other endurance activities
• Has built increased flexibility, strength, and endurance, with great breath control and,
• Is very eager to share the techniques that bring about a phenomenal sense of well-being and make a healthy difference
