In this 20 minute offering, we begin with 10 minutes of light movement to deepen the breath, expanding the body and release tension, before going into a 10 minute meditation. A perfect way to start/end your day, or decompress on your break!

About Me
I have been teaching yoga for almost 4 years now, offering hatha, vinyasa, and fusion classes. I focus on the internal benefits, beyond the asanas (postures), preferring to always finish with approx. a 10min meditation to truly reap the benefits of your class:) In these classes, I always like to remind "your ego is not your amigo" - I am here for you, you are not here to put on a show for me:)

In this class, we'll start with a slow, intentional warm up through the body, properly preparing the joints & muscles for more active asanas (postures/poses). Syncing our movements with our breath, we not only tap into the body, but reap the mental and internal benefits of yoga as well. Closing with a 10-15 minute meditation, you'll walk away feeling refreshed and much more comfortable in body & mind:)
