My name is Eva and I studied the Diploma in Physiotherapy and the Graduate in Psychology. Currently, I am an Interuniversity Master in Psychology and Education in Barcelona and I am doing the Master in Montessori Guidance (0-6 years) that I plan to finish the following year.

The reason why I am writing to you is as a result of my trip for a year through the Asian continent, South America and Australia that took me to know schools and real educational projects. Countries such as India (The Organization “Semilla para el Cambio”), Nepal (Amics del Nepal), Argentina, Chile, Bolivia (psychopedagogical project “Escuela los Pollitos”), in Peru (Peruvian Association of Hipoterapia Arequipa; APHIPAC Ayúdame Caballo, a project that accompanies and offers physiotherapeutic and psychological therapy to families and children with special educational needs). Also in Bali (Indonesia), I went to meet the NGO Kupu Kupu in Ubud observing its operation and work in the community. And finally, in Nicaragua where I finished my studies of Psychology in practice for three months doing support in a child development center and special education school called "Special Families" in Matagalpa. I cannot project this background or life story on the curriculum in any way and it does not imply that I have verifiable experience (if it is not the people who have opened the doors of their centers and explained their human work extensively) but for me it is the main one reason or passion of the work and path that I am tracing. I like community and humanitarian psychology, helping, supporting and sharing.

Education motivates me, transformation through learning enriches and more if that entails sociocultural differences. Each country, culture or religion in which I have lived has its peculiarities and they taught me what equality, tolerance or what is beyond all that is. Here my impulse arises to want to help, share and contribute my grain of sand with the knowledge that I have been acquiring in Physiotherapy and Psychology. Due to the information I received on the website, you are interested in a person with communication skills, empathy, assertiveness and with ease to work in diverse environments leading through collaboration and cooperation. I believe that being the humanitarian and community sector one of my passions along with education, it could be a suitable candidate to learn from your organization.
