About Me

I enjoy a varied career working in highly competitive markets, being a noted specialist on organisational dimensions of leadership and change and lending my skills working for a large charity as a monitoring and evaluation specialist on global grant projects. I am also a mom to two children and one of my missions is to focus on their development needs to better prepare them for the world of work.

I have been teaching in universities and as an international corporate trainer for several years. This student was able to fully partake in this final year bachelors module and pass the exams. This is very much aligned to my research interests which lie principally in the area of innovation and change management to improve effectiveness and explore evidence-based solutions.
