Contemporary Art - Developing Concepts with Research
From 57.67 C$ /h
This class will serve as contemporary art tutorship and I will be able to advise, and help develop, the student's practice that may be in its emerging stages, or looking for further development. This would be suited to those building a portfolio to apply for a university art course, looking into postgraduate study or just wanting to develop their practice and looking for some guidance.
I am an artist who is currently studying an MA in Contemporary Art Practice at the Royal College of Art in London, and I work in a range of media including video, collage, installation and digital portraiture. I seek to challenge and push how students think about their work, consider ambitions and hopes for artworks and also guide with the accompanying research elements. Classes can form crits surrounding existing work, tutorial guidance for developing work or assistance on applications and portfolios.
