First of all, I am keen to get to know my students. The first lesson is always led by a time for discussion around the student's personal expectations and profile. In addition, it seems absolutely crucial to me to always provide solid methodological bases to all of my learners. This is why a detour via methods specific to French exercises is systematically made with students preparing for the maturity or the baccalaureate. Then, depending on the specific needs of the student, I adapt the session and it is often structured around two moments: on the one hand, I give a lecture on a concept, an author or a literary work, and on the other hand I lead practical exercises. Finally, digital documents can be sent to the student later, this is important so that they can keep a record of our work. Feel free to contact me for more information. I travel to homes in the following municipalities: Geneva and its surrounding areas, Collonges-sous-Salève, Archamps, Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, Viry. The courses can also take place by videoconference, in which case there are no travel costs. See you soon. Best regards,

"We need to go back to basics." Okay. But which ones? When a student gets stuck on functions, the difficulty may stem from the chapter itself... or from a calculation rule they never truly understand. My work begins by identifying what's preventing them from progressing. We are working on his lessons, exercises and tests to prepare for upcoming deadlines, while also reviewing the concepts he is missing. CONCRETE FOLLOW-UP WITH CONSTELLATION I developed Constellation, my tool for tracking math skills. I use it to keep a precise view of the concepts acquired, those to consolidate, and the work done from one session to the next. For example: if a student understands the method of an equation but makes a mistake with fractions, we target this difficulty, then we return to the equation to check that he can proceed on his own. The tool helps me choose the exercises and explain to you what we are working on, why we are working on it, and what progress is being made. DURING CLASSES • We are reviewing the points in the course that remain unclear. • The student searches, explains their approach and learns to check their answers. • We work on exercises tailored to his difficulties and objectives. • We prepare for tests and exams: reasoning, writing, method and time management. I support students from 6th grade to 12th grade: occasional difficulties, accumulated gaps in knowledge, preparation for the brevet or baccalaureate, or the desire to go further. Lessons take place via video conference or at home around Douvaine. They can be given in French or English. We start with a recent exercise or test to get to know each other, identify initial difficulties, and define priorities. To contact me, simply indicate your child's class, what problem they are currently experiencing, and your availability. You do not need to know the cause of their difficulties yourself.

A professional actor who graduated from the Serge Martin theatre school and has fifteen years of theatre experience, I have been trying for a long time to pass on the ideas I have accumulated over the years and through encounters. The diction classes that I offer vary according to the needs and desires of the students. I adapt to each person but let's say that I always work with the idea of connecting speech to the body with very technical exercises focused on breathing, articulation, the rhythm of the flow of speech, improvisation. Coaching in public speaking for everyone, regardless of age or mother tongue although the classes are in French. Depending on what bothers you when you speak (a problem of shyness, a slight stutter, etc.), I suggest that we work on it together, using fun tools from theater, all in a caring and non-judgmental setting. I can also help you prepare targeted oral presentations, such as talks, oral presentations or conferences.

[Answer within the hour]. I offer math and physics lessons for all types of levels, from cycle to university. I consider that each student is different and therefore the course of the courses may vary. But in general, I like to review the course given by the professor, and if this one does not seem sufficient to you, I bring with me a summary of the subject. In order to discuss the theory, see if the concepts are well assimilated, because it is fundamental before doing exercises so as not to get mixed up. I try to bring the maximum of visual representations, I personally find that we remember and understand better when we visualize what we do. Then a lot of exercises. Maths and physics are subjects in which it is essential to practice as much as possible in order to see "all" the scenarios and develop techniques. In the same way, we can review the exercises given in class and / or I can complete with other exercise sheets to correct.

The student will choose one or more of the 4 courses offered. This particular course is intended to help students with academic difficulties concerning the two scientific subjects: biology or chemistry, or also concerning the two languages: French (especially grammar and conjugation) or Italian (Level A1 and A2). Being a Master student in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and knowing that the curriculum of Pharmacy studies mainly includes chemistry and biology in detail, I would be able to help students with difficulties regarding these two modules in a proper way to aim for excellence. Also my linguistic knowledge in French, English, Arabic, and Italian, pushed me to be a source of help to students who find difficulties in French (especially Grammar and conjugation) and Italian. I will be as always, flexible and I will respond as much as necessary to the student so that he can succeed his year by managing his stress with enthusiasm and perpetual courage.

I offer piano and singing lessons at home in Geneva and the surrounding area, for teenagers and adults who wish to sing while accompanying themselves on the piano or work on a personal repertoire. These lessons are suitable for both beginners and those with some prior experience in piano and singing. The goal is to create a clear, musical accompaniment tailored to your voice, your skill level, and the songs you enjoy. We can work together: the basics of piano to accompany yourself; simple chords and chord progressions; rhythm and voice/piano coordination; harmonic listening; accuracy, phrasing and interpretation; the construction of a simple and effective support system; reading sheet music or chord charts (American chords); adapting a piece to your key; the work of expression and emotion. You choose the repertoire: French songs, pop, variety, jazz, musical theatre, film scores, personal pieces or songs that you dream of being able to play and sing. I can also support singers who wish to prepare for an audition, a performance, a demo, or a show. The lessons can be focused on piano, singing, or a balance of both, depending on your needs. My background combines piano, singing, accompaniment, harmony, American composition, ear training, creating shows, and accompanying singers and dancers. I started playing piano at age 7 at the conservatory and studied there until the third cycle, before teaching in Paris and Brussels. I place great importance on listening, enjoyment, and personalization. Lessons are fully adapted to your level, tastes, and goals. We progress step by step, in a focused yet relaxed atmosphere, with practical tools so you can quickly practice on your own between sessions. I am currently putting together my schedule for the start of the new term on August 17th, with regular slots at home. I travel to Geneva and surrounding areas: Geneva centre, Eaux-Vives, Champel, Plainpalais, Carouge, Lancy, Onex, Cologny, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg, Thônex, Grand-Saconnex, Nations, Petit-Saconnex, Meyrin, Vernier, Versoix. Possible travel to Nyon, Coppet, Gland, Rolle and La Côte if several courses are grouped together on the same half-day.

I hold a BMus in classical Music (voice and piano) from Goldsmiths University, London, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Studies from the Royal Welsh College of Music, for which I was awarded the Geraint Evans vocal scholarship to study with the world-renowned Opera singer Suzanne Murphy. I have been a professional opera singer for over 15 years, and have taught throughout London and the South East of England both privately and at specialist schools such as the Jasper Allen school for Performing Arts in London. I understand how daunting it can be to sing in front of someone - especially for the first time. Your voice is your own precious instrument. One that requires respect and care. My aim is to help you build self-confidence, find your voice, and express yourself through music. As your vocal teacher, I will help you to set goals that develop your unique instrument and bring out your own personality. We will work on building a solid technical foundation including breath control and voice placement (classical and pop)through all musical genres, from Madonna and Prince to Mozart and Sondheim. Everyone and anyone - all ages and ability are welcome! I'm based in Eaux-Vives. I also run a new non-audition adult choir on a Monday and Thursday evening.
