Professional violin lessons for intermediate, advanced and conservatory-level students.

Lessons are individually adapted depending on the student’s goals and can focus on technique, sound production, intonation, musical interpretation, audition preparation, orchestral excerpts and repertoire development.

As a professional violinist currently working at the Teatro Real in Madrid, I aim to help students develop both a solid technical foundation and a deeper musical understanding.

Lessons are available in English, Russian and Armenian, both online and in person in Madrid.

About Me

Professional violinist currently based in Madrid and working at the Teatro Real. Alongside orchestral activity, I am actively engaged in solo and chamber music performance.

Education

I completed my Master’s studies at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid, having previously undertaken my Bachelor’s studies at the Yerevan State Conservatory and the Music Academy of Zagreb.

People of all ages are welcome in my classes, regardless of whether they are starting from scratch or have prior knowledge. I always try to respond to the individual needs of each student and design classes according to their objectives. For me, learning to play an instrument is not only about acquiring the proper technique, but also about developing one's own musical and artistic personality. To this end, I always work with my students on works that, in addition to helping them advance technically, are attractive and interesting for them, in order to foster their motivation.
Throughout my career I have worked with students of all ages, both viola and violin. I have been a violin and viola teacher in various music schools in Holland and Germany, and I currently work as a viola teacher at the Official Music and Dance Center "Musical Martí", in Madrid.

About me: I have a degree in viola from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (Holland). Subsequently, I completed my Master in Interpretation at the Utrecht Higher Conservatory. I consider myself a patient and enthusiastic person and I believe that, with the right tools, everyone can learn music.

I studied Humanities, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in literature, art, history ... now I am finished my master's degree, specializing in the Golden Age. I have a great teaching vocation and passion for literature, history and art . I have been a private teacher of humanities and music and violin subjects. Violin is a classical instrument but you can play everything on the violin :) if you want to learn to play the violin or improve your level, let me know! First, we will learn to hold the violin and bow, then we will learn to play notes one by one, and then we will learn to combine individual notes into a melody. For this we will need to study the rhythm. But it is no more difficult than arithmetic. We will play music from different composers, different styles and different eras. Believe me, this develops the brain tremendously.

I am a violin teacher, having graduated with distinction (Master's degree) from the Royal College of Music in London, as well as a diploma from the same institution and a diploma in advanced musical studies from the CRR in Rueil Malmaison (France). I teach violin to students of all ages.
I also teach introductory classes to the Suzuki method, as I am specialized by the British Suzuki Institute, and traditional violin classes at all levels with 25 years of experience as a concert performer.

My name is Suely and I obtained my Bachelor's degree in music at the Amsterdam Conservatory where I was able to develop an international vision of music, both as a performer and teacher. After several years living in different countries and participating in international orchestras and festivals, such as the Civic Orchestra of Chicago or the Lucerne Music Festival Academy, I returned to Madrid where I completed my master's degree in solo performance and where I combine my professional career as a violinist, both in orchestras and chamber music, with my other great passion: teaching.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music, specializing in Performance: Piano, from the "Manuel Massotti Littel" Conservatory of Music in Murcia. This year, I will be studying for a Master's Degree in New Technologies for Contemporary Music: Creation and Performance at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid.
