Playing the piano stimulates and shapes the brain, increases productivity and concentration, helps overcome stress and depression, improves posture, encourages perseverance and discipline, in addition to developing greater sensitivity by expressing our deepest emotions.

With this course, you will learn to get started or develop your skills as a pianist, also working on the bases of musical theory, in a dynamic and fun way. As a teacher, I adapt to the student's musical tastes to work on their favorite genres on the instrument and I also guide them, if they wish, in the composition of their own songs. Classes suitable for all ages, basic and intermediate level.
Extra information
It is necessary to have a piano at home. If teaching classes at home is not possible, there is the option of teaching them in the rehearsal rooms.

About Me
· Pianist with 20 years of experience, graduated in Musicology, composer and producer of alternative pop music. Classic and contemporary repertoire.

· My greatest ambition as a teacher is to foster love for the instrument, developing sensitivity and union with music. Unlike the rigidity of a conservatory, I do not seek perfection, but rather the enjoyment of playing the piano as such.

· I adapt to the established objectives. Normally, we begin the class by analyzing and studying the score to give way to the guided interpretation of the work, and we end by composing songs or playing a game, depending on the age and interests of the student.

· When producing music, we could record the songs that the student learns to play so that they can always enjoy them :)

A little more about me:
My name is Suely and I obtained my Bachelor's degree in music at the Amsterdam Conservatory where I was able to develop an international vision of music, both as a performer and teacher. After several years living in different countries and participating in international orchestras and festivals, such as the Civic Orchestra of Chicago or the Lucerne Music Festival Academy, I returned to Madrid where I completed my master's degree in solo performance and where I combine my professional career as a violinist, both in orchestras and chamber music, with my other great passion: teaching.
