Course Description: Hello! My name is Ariel. I am a classical guitarist and singer (member of the University of Luxembourg Choir). I offer private lessons for beginners and intermediate students who want to master the guitar or combine it with vocal training. 🎶

To make learning as convenient and comfortable as possible, I come to your home for all sessions! 🏠🚗

What can you learn? You decide your path! You can focus exclusively on the guitar 🎸 or take a combined Guitar & Singing approach 🎤🎸. Our lessons will cover:

🎸 Guitar Fundamentals: Note names, chords, scales, and various strumming patterns.

🎼 Music Literacy: Reading sheet music, guitar tablatures (tabs), and basic music theory (solfège).

📱 Self-Sufficiency: I will teach you how to find your favorite songs online and adapt them so you can play and sing them yourself!

🌬️ Vocal Technique: Developing your voice through breathing exercises and vocalization.

Language of Instruction: Lessons are available in English or Spanish (Native).

🎸 Instrument: You must have your own guitar.

⚠️ Maintenance: Please ensure your strings are in good condition. Worn-out strings can snap during tuning.

🛠️ String Service: If your strings need replacing, let me know! I can buy them for you and teach you how to change them during our lesson. ✅

Hi! My name is Ariel, and I am originally from Ecuador. I am deeply passionate about science, engineering, and music. As a tutor, I pride myself on being relaxed, patient, and fun 😄.

I moved to Luxembourg to pursue my Master’s degree, and I fell in love with the country's incredible cultural diversity, which is why I decided to make it my home. My name is Jason and I've been playing guitar for over ten years. I studied music at University in the UK and went on to complete a Masters in Music Composition. After finishing my studies, I turned my attention to live performance. Over the past few years I have been working primarily as a session musician and guitar tutor in and around the London area, UK. As well as teaching guitar I have performed in jazz ensembles, accompanied vocalists, hosted jam sessions and recorded with various artists whilst also occasionally working in musical theatre and improvisation projects. I now reside in Luxembourg where I teach guitar.

Although I specialise in jazz and Brazilian guitar, I teach a wide range of styles including pop, rock, blues and classical. Whether you're just starting out with guitar or you're a more experienced player, I can help guide you in the right direction with your practice. As well as teaching guitar, I offer tuition in musical theory and improvisation, as well as music composition.

Our piano, singing and violin lessons are given to children from 5 years old. Guitar, saxophone, clarinet lessons, etc. from 7 years old.
In a suitable setting, our students (children, teenagers and adults) are welcomed in small groups of 4 students of the same level and age. Individual lessons are also possible. For the most talented and motivated, we register them in various international competitions (European Trophy and European Music Cup).
