My music lessons do not necessarily have the aim to make you “better” but to guide you on your individual music journey. That is why we establish in the first classes what your style and your aspirations are and based on those I tailor a program to meet your needs. My name is Jonas, I am a professional musician and singer and started my personal music journey over ten years ago. Initially trained from a young age in classical singing, I later moved on to do jazz and contemporary styles and then decided to move to London to study Music Performance and Production at LCCM. Over the years I came to an important realization. Although music and singing technique is extremely important, the purpose of music is to convey emotion. I feel this is an aspect that is quickly overlooked but makes the difference in being able to make an audience remember you or not. These aspects of the authenticity of voice and performance I focus on in my classes. It doesn’t matter which age or which singing level you currently are - everyone is welcome in my classes. I truly believe that anyone can sing and that everyone should experience the joy of singing.

I am an Italian soprano, graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy. I work as a soloist as a freelance singer, and I teach singing to students of different levels and ages for many years. The most important thing during my lessons is to help the student find a healthy and comfortable way of singing! My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. No experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. In the remaining time, we will dive into reading musical notes, starting with basic Solfege and progressing to advanced and oriental Solfege, including dictation exercises. This comprehensive approach ensures a well-rounded musical journey My recommendation for learning the Oud is to begin by studying musical notes and notation before delving into songs. While some students prefer to jump straight into playing songs, understanding the fundamentals of music notation accelerates progress in the long run.
