Preparation for auditions, stress management, stage fright - prepare well with a sophrologist and holistic singing coach in Lobbes or online

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
Singing is intimately linked to our well-being and the quality of the voice depends on the homeostasis of our body. In delicate situations, it can be unbalanced and the voice can suffer.

Sophrology coupled with holistic vocal coaching allows you to free yourself from the emotions, tensions and programming that hinder the smooth running of the phonation and the event in general.

Because singing is intimately linked to our emotions, I offer you exercises to reconnect to your physical and emotional body, in order to get to know you better but also to improve your self-confidence, your proprioception and acceptance as well as the transmission of emotions.
Singing can be a real personal development tool, and personal development tools can help you sing better.
Because the body is our instrument, well-being has its place in a technical singing lesson. Singing can be a healing tool for some people, but for others, minor traumas, whatever they are, can hamper the emission of the song. It is therefore important to come together to sing better: a healthy singer in a healthy body and mind.
Singing confronts us with ourselves, with our sensations, our emotions and our abilities. Gently we can explore this complete tool that is our body for a well-being in life, in singing, and facing auditions.

About Me

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
I have been singing from a young age and have integrated professional choirs since I was 14, giving me important stage experience.
I joined the conservatory but during my last year of Master I was the victim of several assaults which literally left me speechless.
So I did a lot of physical (vocal, posturology), psychic (psychosomatic, treatment of emotional shocks) and energetic (psychoenergetic, meditation, hypnosis) rehabilitation in order to find her and that gave me the taste to become a singing teacher. and holistic therapist. I therefore trained in sophrology, art therapy, sound therapy and energy and am currently a therapist in Lobbes.

You need to : Coaching for your public speaking, working on your voice to avoid losing it at the end of the day/event, managing your stage fright, increasing your charisma and your power of persuasion... With Vocal Coaching, learn to control your voice, whatever your situation, and to use it with charisma. In my courses, you will find: - Vocal technique: in theory and in practice in order to learn how to position your voice and find vocal stability. - Psycho-somatic healing, to undo the psycho-emotional knots stored in the body which hinder good communication. - Posturology to better carry your voice and gain charisma. - Communication to learn to choose words that convince and impact - A toolbox to be autonomous in your practice and achieve your goal as best as possible. Who am I ? An opera singer, I have been singing since I was 6 and at the Brussels Opera since I was 14. After a bachelor's degree in lyrical singing in Belgium and a Master's degree at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève, I lost my voice following a life accident. Strict rehabilitation and rigorous psychosomatic work allow me to not only find my voice but also acquire the passion and skills to teach voice pose using alternative techniques. I therefore train in art therapy to understand the psycho-corporeal processes acting in catharsis, in sophrology to understand the breathing and psychosomatic processes for a state of balance and harmony, as well as in sound therapy to study the effects of vibrations. musical and very specific sounds in healing and well-being. At the same time, I am developing my own intuitive singing practice, a singing practice combining trance states, catharsis and the use of intuitively sung sounds, in order to promote healing but also manifestation.
Intuitive singing is the most authentic expression of one's voice, giving free rein to one's body to sing, vibrate and reharmonize through the voice. A practice of 2 hours per week in a group, like a choir, to explore one's voice, one's body, and all the dimensions they offer us. Finding support in sisterhood, harmony in sound, deep reconnection to self. Train your intuitive and energetic practice, develop your vocal abilities. Exploring singing in states of trance, welcoming and letting go. Every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
What is intuitive singing? Intuitive chanting is a meditative practice that is both creative and healing. To sing intuitively is to let oneself go to the movement of life, letting oneself be inspired by it. It is to become the voice of the energies that inhabit us. How to sing intuitively? Intuitive singing requires letting go, a state of relaxation and acceptance in order to let out the spontaneous sound. It is letting oneself sing and seeing the vibration evolve in a vital dance. We therefore work on this state of relaxation, this trance, in order to be in a state of total reception of what is. In order to bring this breath back into matter and transform it into sound, we also work on anchoring, centering in the body and this connection of our universe to the outside universe. Working on vocal technique is then done naturally. Indeed, trance induces a state of reception to the Breath but also to change and development. In addition, the vibrations received come to inform the cells directly, entering into resonance with what is coming, healing the cellular memory at the source. As you have understood, intuitive singing is healing. Simply by intuitively singing what comes, the body enters into movement and ceases to resist what is. It is also possible to increase this power tenfold by adding intentions. These healing intentions will make it possible to capture the energies in play and make them vibrate, allowing decrystallizations and a return to movement. How is a course going? If the intuitive singing is spontaneous and therefore unpredictable, the course itself is framed. It serves as a blank canvas so that the artist can express himself freely in the material. A session therefore begins with a time of welcoming oneself, of reconnecting to the material, with physical and vocal warm-ups. These warm-ups are also used to develop certain vocal abilities, those that need to be elevated. Then the trance is performed and I take care to accompany you in the most suitable state for you. This is where intuitive singing can develop and take off. Finally, a time of awakening and return to oneself and to matter is taken in order to return in all serenity to everyday life. During a lesson, I can also accompany you with my voice, with musical instruments, or simply with silence. Like you, I let my breath flow through me and let what comes come, so that the session goes exactly as it should. The changes can be felt directly during and after the session, but also long after. Want to take a class? A lesson lasts 1 hour. The sessions take place in Lobbes or online. Classes can be done in groups, the price is then shared between the participants. For sessions in Lobbes, you can park in the collegiate car park.
Song, well-being and interpretation The voice is an instrument specific to everyone, which is why each course is tailor-made according to your tastes and abilities. Vocal technique Developing your vocal technique allows comfort and ease in the chosen repertoire. It requires some discipline and some proprioception. Thanks to a variety of exercises, I can help you understand the mechanisms related to the voice and better appropriate your body to achieve a more precise technique. Singing is a sport, and the development of muscles is important, just as much as the relaxation and flexibility of certain parts of the body. Taking vocal technique lessons is therefore a demanding activity both in terms of bodily activity and investment in progress and at home. Interpretation The understanding and the appropriation of the written text as well as the musical one is the key to the interpretation of a work. Together we can explore the multiple musical worlds by discovering the stories told but also those of the authors and composers. Through exercises, I can help you soak up the different emotions that you want to convey. Through various exercises of diction, declamation and theater, I will help you to transmit them. Reconnect to yourself Because singing is intimately linked to our emotions, I offer you exercises to reconnect to your physical and emotional body, in order to get to know you better but also to improve your self-confidence, your proprioception and acceptance as well as the transmission of emotions. Singing confronts us with ourselves, our feelings, our emotions and our abilities. We can gently explore this complete tool that is our body for a better well-being in life and in song. Want to take a class? In order to better understand your expectations and to establish a course that suits you best, the first session lasts 2 hours. A face-to-face and webcam course. For any questions or to start lessons, do not hesitate to contact me. Who am I I am a young creative artist in live performance and mixed media, trained in lyrical singing during my bachelor at the Institute of Music and Pedagogy in Namur and my master at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève in Neuchâtel. I have a great choir experience thanks to the Choraline (youth choir of the opera of La Monnaie), the Maitrise of Paris, and the choir voces desuper as well as the animation of masses, in particular in the cathedral of Brussels and wedding masses. My experience as an actress and at the opera allowed me a great ease on stage and an inspiration as an author and director. I am also a modern art therapist trained by ifortpsy and meformer.

Cheslava
Piano and Singing tutor with 5 years experience and professional education
From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.

It helps us to improve our inner state and find balance. It is an opportunity to organize thoughts and focus on the here and now. In addition, yoga strengthens the body and improves mood. It has a positive effect on the flexibility and balance of our body. What are the benefits of this practice? First of all, it helps to strengthen the human body, build endurance and willpower. This yoga helps to relax and improves the ability to cope with stress. It has a positive effect on blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Due to the diversity of this practice, it improves muscle flexibility. Also, this practice fills the body with energy, boosts immunity and improves your posture. This practice is suitable for both women and men of all ages. The practice is a bit more complicated than hatha yoga, but it is also suitable for beginners. Oud and oriental Arabic singing lessons with an experienced teacher
Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run. With determination and hard work, significant progress can be made in a year, allowing one to play simple melodies. Please feel free to leave me a message, I will reply as soon as possible.

I had the privilege of studying alongside renowned singers and musicians, including Chevaliers des Arts et des Lettres, as well as artists from prestigious theatres such as those in Paris, Versailles, New York, Monte-Carlo, Leipzig and Naples. Passionate about artistic support, I have acquired solid experience as a vocal and stage coach with professional and amateur singers, theater actors, artists specialized in dubbing as well as people with disabilities. Over the past two years, I have had the opportunity to direct and produce the French musical Notre-Dame de Paris with my students. This ambitious project allowed them to perform on stage, mixing singing and theater, and to acquire valuable artistic and stage experience. I am here to teach you the best methods and techniques to improve your voice quality and find your confidence in singing, theater or speech performances.
