I am a Belgian violinist, 25 years old, who obtained her master's degree in violin and chamber music at the Lemmens Institute last year.
As a violin teacher, the fun of the students is central. With a stimulating and motivated approach, we take on new challenges by looking together for a beautiful sound, musicality, relaxation and suitable repertoire. I cater to the interests of each student. I want to make you curious about the instrument and show you all the possibilities of the violin.

I have already gained experience in youth music studios, part-time art education and private.

Lessons can be given at my home in Leuven or Roeselare.

My name is Jolien. In 2022 I graduated from the Lemmens Institute in Leuven for violin, in 2023 I graduated as a master in chamber music.
As a violin teacher, the students' enjoyment of playing is central. With a stimulating and motivated approach, we take on new challenges by searching together for a beautiful sound, musicality, relaxation and suitable repertoire. I pick up on the interests of each student. In doing so, I especially want to make/keep you curious about the instrument and all the possibilities that the violin has.

My name is Alessandra and i got my master degree in Viola in the Conservatoire of Castelfranco Veneto (IT), with the final grade of 10/10.
I have experience in teaching people of different age and needs: my students are between 3 and 60 years old.
My music classes are meant for people who wants to start a professional career in music as well as for people who wants to enjoy themselves and get to know more about music.
You will learn how to play the violin or the viola in a relax environment, while having a lot of fun and no stress at all.

Hello! I am a violin student with Elisa Kawaguti at LUCA School of Arts Campus Lemmens and am currently doing my master's degree. In my lessons, I think it is most important that students have fun and feel good about themselves, which will hopefully motivate them to improve technically and musically at their own pace. I am a violinist from Hungary - I have completed my Masters Degree in Teaching at the University of Debrecen, and in the meantime I have given violin lessons in various music schools in Hungary. I have played actively in various professional orchestras.
From this year I started the Artistic Master's program at the Lemmens Institute.
Since my first year at the university I teach private lessons, I have experience with both children and adults.

I can teach in English, Dutch, French and Hungarian. I am also following Norwegian classes, and I can give it a try in Norwegian as well.

DRIVEN AND DIVERSE VIOLIN TEACHER | As a violin teacher, I teach in a way that focuses on the pleasure of the student when playing their instrument. For this I turn, for example, to the use of different music styles (classical, film music, pop, Balkan ...), improvisation, modern technologies and ensemble playing.

I am an enthusiastic professional violinist and teacher. I can teach you classical violin, folk songs from Greece and Middle East, as well as your favourite pop tunes and tunes of almost any other music genre!

Being well classically trained, I can help you build a solid violin technique and prepare you for giving your best during important music occasions such as exams, auditions, concerts etc.

Also, being member of pop - oriental bands with concerts around Belgium, France and Greece, having played with several classical and
contemporary music ensembles and orchestras, as well as coming from a family of musicians, my lessons are ideal for students who want to learn to be at ease when they eventually make music with others. :)

All pieces can be taught either by ear, music scores or BOTH!! Teaching you basic and/or more advanced music theory to facilitate your violin learning if you don't know yet how to read and write music, can be easily done!

My personal experience with music psychology and body movement techniques for musicians have enriched my knowledge and teaching skills. Extra attention is given during the lessons to not only help you build a strong and steadfast technique and develop your music ear, but also to acquire a confident presence and attitude for when you play for others! All is being done with gentle care towards your body's physiology and feelings, and consideration of your learning style. :))
