Violinist graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I have several years of educational experiences. I propose adapted courses for all levels. I taught at the conservatory, and in music school.
The courses are divided into several parts. The first is learning the basics (for beginners), the technique of the violin, then the consolidation of the notions of solfège and finally the discovery of pieces. I work in a fun, but demanding way while listening to students. My methods vary according to the needs of the students.
I have been teaching for 10 years. I have helped many students get started, and they are now able to enjoy playing all types of repertoire. I also guide more advanced students in their artistic development. My teaching allows students to become independent while developing their musicality.

I am a graduate violinist from the royal conservatory of Brussels with several years of teaching experience. I offer violin lessons for all levels and which are suitable for all that cater to the needs of each student. Lessons contain several elements. The first one will focus on the basics (for beginners) of violin technic (skills, bowing exercises, tuning...), some point about notation and musical culture and finally discovering new pieces and learning difference approaches to violin playing (different style). Being highly skilled in sight-reading, I have often realized how valuable and enjoyable it is to possess that “gift.” After more than ten years of teaching students of different levels and aspirations, I have observed a common thread: regardless of their goals, all were eager to improve their ability to read and interpret new, unfamiliar music.

Currently, I am developing a multifaceted approach designed to help students understand a composition at first sight. The teacher has been singing for 22 years. She studied Solfeggio and Piano at the Musicole (Uccle) then Singing and Soflège at the Académie de Saint Gilles, in Lyric Singing. She took group singing lessons with several renowned teachers (La Voie Créatif, Frédérique Rochette, Jérôme Porsperger, Corps Chant Voix). The teacher has a piano to work on vocals and piano. The teacher works on the basis of song texts. The student discovers or recognizes the song after choosing between several titles. The teacher adapts to her student's tastes as to the type of music that pleases him, she transmits her knowledge of singing whether for melody, for rhythm, for the placement of the voice and breathing. The teacher encourages the student and is caring. The teacher transmits her taste and passion for music.

For almost ten years, my method has strived to move away from those found at the Academy, sometimes considered austere and outdated. In my opinion, the student is the main actor in his learning, and the teacher should be his caring guide. In my opinion, his role is to provide him with appropriate help and support, and not to impose pre-established rules that do not take into account his unique needs.
The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing.
The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me.
