My classes, whether in groups or one-on-one, are designed to leave you feeling energized, relaxed, and inspired, through a combination of physical poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. My classes will challenge your body without causing strain, creating strength, flexibility, and stamina. All abilities are welcome, including students who would prefer to practice with the support of a chair.

I am able to teach at the student's location if it is easily accessible from Grenoble by public transport. I am also available to teach remote classes via Zoom (at reduced prices to the ones listed).

It is advisable for the student to have their own yoga mat, but I can provide all other props and equipment.
