Learn Spanish with a University Instructor and Native Speaker
From 38 C$ /h
I teach Spanish at the Universität Greifswald (A1 and B1 courses) and have worked as a private Spanish tutor since 2019. Before moving into teaching, I spent around ten years working in communication and journalism, which shapes how I teach: through real content, real conversation, and cultural context, not just grammar drills.
What you'll work on:
Conversation practice based on real situations, not scripted dialogue.
Grammar explained clearly, with the exceptions that actually come up in use.
Cultural context from across the Spanish-speaking world.
Lessons adapted to your goals: travel, exams, professional Spanish, or general fluency.
About me:
Native Spanish speaker (Rioplatense).
German C1 (TELC C1 Hochschule) — I can explain grammar and give feedback in German if that's more comfortable for you.
Degree in Audiovisual Communication (UNSAM) and higher technical degree in Journalism (ISEC), Argentina.
7 years teaching Spanish, including university-level instruction in Germany.
Have lived and worked in Argentina, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, France, and Hungary.
Availability is currently limited — I have one open slot on Wednesday mid-morning. Message me to confirm the exact time and we'll take it from there.

Extra information
The first session is used to get to know each other: your interests, your goals, and where your Spanish is right now. From there, lessons are built around what actually keeps you talking — topics you care about, real conversations, not a fixed textbook script. I work best with students committed to consistent progress, so this isn't designed as a one-off trial lesson.
Lessons take place via Google Meet. A stable connection and a notebook are all you need. Current availability is limited — message me to check specific times. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the lesson.

About Me
I'm a native Spanish speaker and Spanish teacher, currently teaching at the Universität Greifswald (A1 and B1 courses). I've been giving private lessons since 2019, working with students of different levels and backgrounds, online and in person.
My background is in communication and journalism — around ten years of professional experience before moving into teaching full time. That's shaped how I teach: through real conversation, cultural content, and material that's actually relevant to you, not generic textbook exercises.
Lessons are fully adapted to your goals, whether that's conversation, grammar, exam prep, professional Spanish, or academic writing. I also speak German (C1, TELC Hochschule) and can explain concepts in German when that's useful.
Don't hesitate to reach out.
