I am a passionate and thorough teacher with strong dedication towards my students and to music.
I firmly believe that getting in touch with music is not only fun but also brings you closer to nature, people yourself and nevertheless culture.

I am a cello/ensemble/orchestra teacher at Dream Orchestra in Gothenburg, Sweden, as well as private teacher.

The most important thing that I learnt from these years, is that every student needs different ways to be approached. For this, I believe, the teacher needs to know his students first as a human being with all of their capacities and disadvantages! I'm currently offering private music lessons on any brass instruments or music theory lessons.

I'm a British Musician currently studying my Master's Degree in Orchestral Music Performance at the Högskolan för Scen och Musik in Gothenburg. Before moving to Sweden I finished my undergrad at the Royal Academy of Music in London, and have had 5 years of experience working professionally as a musician across the UK.
I have plenty of experience teaching the French horn privately (my main instrument) to any age and I was the Brass teacher at a private school in Guildford for two years, where I taught kids playing on all brass instruments.
I would also be confident teaching music theory too, to all levels and ages.

If you have an old brass instrument lying around that you've always wanted to learn, or you used to play and want to get back into it, or you would like your child to start learning a musical instrument then please do get in touch! I will teach any age or any level.

I started playing the violin at the age of six and continued to develop my skills through my studies at the Lviv Krushelnytska State Music Lyceum and the Lviv National Music Academy named after Mykola Lysenko, where I deepened my education as both a teacher and a concert violinist.

What does music mean to you? For me, music is magic. It makes you feel, it transports you to different worlds, and it brings out emotions words cannot describe.

I’ve been playing since I was six, and now my greatest joy is not only sharing my own music but also helping you express yourself through this beautiful art form. In our lessons, I’ll guide you through solid technical foundations, practical tips and tricks, and the secrets of artistry that bring music to life.

I teach all levels, from beginners just starting out to advanced students preparing for exams, auditions, or performances.

My musical journey has taken me from Singapore to the USA, UK, and Sweden, with studies at Singapore’s School of the Arts, Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, Meadowmount School of Music (USA), the Royal College of Music in London, and the Academy of Music and Drama at the University of Gothenburg. Along the way, I have been fortunate to learn from renowned violinists including Professor Itzhak Rashkovsky, Yumi Sasaki, Chan Yoong Han, Sally Thomas, Marja Inkinen Engström, and Øyvor Volle.

I hold two violin performance diplomas (LTCL and LRSM), a distinction in ABRSM Grade 8 piano performance, and was awarded the top Ash Music Scholarship at Imperial College London, where I studied violin under Professor Rashkovsky. During my time there, I won the Imperial College Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition, performing Prokofiev’s Second Violin Concerto in Helsinki, London, and Southampton. I have also given solo recitals and performed extensively in chamber ensembles, with concerts ranging from Sibelius’ house in Finland to venues across the UK.

My deepest passion is chamber music, and one of my main motivations as a teacher is to make classical music enjoyable and approachable. I want to help break away from the stereotype that it is grand, pretentious, or boring. In an age of digitalisation and AI, I believe strongly in sharing the human side of music making. You know those moments when time seems to stop, the air turns still, you get goosebumps, or feel transported into another world? That is the magic of music, and I would love to help you become the magician. ✨
